    This was an interesting story. It was easy to follow along with the characters but, you think you know what's going on as the people do in the story. And, to a certain extent they are. The last thing you find out is quite surprising though. I enjoy this author's work but, this is completely different from the Pam of Babylon series. I was surprised after reading this when I checked the author's name, bot in a bad way.

    I really enjoyed this book. Michael and Karen have a history as they were married and divorced. They have 3 children that keeps Michael traveling back and forth to visit. Since he is FBI his job has reached all aspects of his life. People are being kidnapped including Karen. It seems he has ticked off a mobster who is going after everyone he cares about as revenge.
    Now the fact that Karen has a job and works with a strange man Carl comes into the picture. Michael has been dating a younger woman Gina who is a model.
    The FBI and Scotland yard step in to help. This is not the first abduction. Now the fun begins with back and forth to the UK and US and trying to keep everyone alive. Some associates don't survive and some do. I kept thinking which country are we in but Suzanne does a wonderful job of pulling out all of the people and putting things together for the conclusion. Karen and Gina become friends. Who knew?

Will she be found in time? Who is doing this ? Will they get a second chance at the marriage or will in the end he goes back to his girlfriend? W

    I just this minute finished Stronger. I did it in one sitting, and that is a record for me. This book was fantastic!

    I am so thoroughly amazed and Suzanne’s ability to write about so many different scenarios in this life. I am blown away by the breadth of knowledge and writer’s imagination she has for every single book she writes. She is one fantastic writer and if you have ever missed reading one of her books, I feel bad for you.

    Suzanne’s characters are all so well rounded out. You love the lovable ones and hate the wicked ones. You feel the emotions of every one of her storylines as if you’re there in the moment with them.

    This book made me want to be in England so bad. And the way the story ended leaves me hoping for a follow-up. I can’t imagine never reading about these people again.

    Can you tell I’m in love with Suzanne’s writing?!
