    This book is shorter than the normally short (ish) books from this author but it's written with all the emotion I would expect. Stryph thought he found love in the last book, but Sheppard was not meant for him; he remained a best friend to Stryph. When Jonathan's (previous books in the Hellish series) mother sends Amor to make a delivery, it's Amor's good fortune that he encounters Stryph. And it's obvious by their names that these two characters are like two sides of the same coin; they really go hand in hand.

    Unfortunately, Amor's home is in Heaven, and any discord, which is the wheelhouse of Stryph, isn't allowed in Heaven, even to visit. The question is: will these two be able to solve this problem, or will they succumb to the crippling sorrow that has taken over both of them?

    If this author is new to you, I highly recommend any of her series. I'm not huge into demons/vampires/werewolves stories, but this Hellish series totally captivated me. She has boxers and MMA fighters in her Hard Hit or Low Blow series, and a total change of pace, the Sugar Daddy series (and the soon to come Sugar Baby series which I cannot wait for). If you like hot romance, tight and interesting plots, and characters that will make you smile or tear your heart out, check out any of these series. You won't be disappointed.

    This was a fun little addition to the series. I love this series. It is way over the top, but in a good way. It was nice to see Stryph get his own story, as he was one of my favorite characters in the previous books. Cameos from all our old favorites was a nice touch. Kind of ironic I guess, but the one thing this book lacked was a little... strife. Previous characters had a lot of issues to overcome and work to be together. Stryph and Amor fall in together easily. There are some conflicts, but it feels pretty minimal. I like a bit more conflict myself, so lost a star because of that.

    Love this series & this really was a sweet story of Stryph & Amor.

    I enjoy how the characters from previous stories are part of this one. Well done, definitely recommend this book & suggest you read the entire series, if you haven’t already done so.
