The English Billionaire (The Billionaire Princes Book 3) Kindle Edition

4.6 out of 5 stars 2,256 ratings

Imagine meeting the richest, most gorgeous guy in London… And he's obsessed with YOU...

On my thirtieth birthday, I decide it’s time to make some changes.
Okay, it’s really only one change.
No more men.
Gone is the boyfriend who cheated on me with my best friend.
Gone are all the disastrous relationships that have left me dispirited and jaded.
I’m tired of giving my fragile heart to a man, only to have him trample all over it.
Instead, I’m going to concentrate on my career, which I love.
As a valuer of art, antiques, and jewelry, I’m passionate about people’s prized possessions.
My family owns a chain of toy stores that originated from one toy shop in London’s Regent Street, and I decide it’s time I saw where it all began.
It’s the trip of a lifetime, one a man can’t spoil, because there’s no way I’d get involved with a guy who lives on the other side of the world.
And then Callum walks into the London store.
Twelve years ago, we spent one sensational night together at a New Year’s Eve beach party in New Zealand.
I thought I’d never see him again. But here he is.
In the very muscular, very hot, and very British flesh.
He’s changed a lot since that night. He’s more serious, more ambitious, and a whole lot richer.
He wants one more night with me.
I can give him that without falling for him.
Without my life collapsing again around my ears.
Can’t I?

What a sweet read! New Zealand meets English and then reconnects twelve years later. Great descriptions of historical sites just add to the story instead of bogging it down. Highly recommend.

I've read the first 3 books of this series and have enjoyed all of them. This book however has made me cry the most, in a happy way. I've enjoyed all the books and the story lines have been different and interesting. However in each book there have been times where I become a little bored because they tend to be long winded in describing scenes. That's the only reason that I give 4 stars instead of 5. I do recommend this series.

A great storyline, very emotional. Kora met Callum 12 years ago at a party when he visited New Zealand with his friend. They have a steamy night together. 12 years later after splitting with her cheating ex and the trauma of almost losing her twin brother she decides to go to London to visit her cousin and the Princes toy store and also to find and speak to relatives of her recently deceased mum and see what caused her unhappiness. She meets up with Stephanie who shows her around the store and to her surprise she meets Callum as he turns up with documents for Stephanie to sign and finds out she is his ex wife. There begins the story of his and hers as they get to know each other, the attraction between them is still there and he helps her find some of her relatives. He lives with his grandad and brother Josh who has problems which she finds out about when Callum invites her to a charity ball for faecal alcohol syndrome which his brother was born with. I found that very interesting as never really heard of it before. The story had so many interesting facts about England and New Zealand. I spent 2 weeks in New Zealand when I retired from the NHS and loved it and would have liked to emigrate there, but like in the story I couldn’t leave my family so I understood Callum and Kora’s dilemma and their romance. A great story very sad in parts a few shocks when Kora finds out the story of her mums family and having to leave Callum behind, but there is a very romantic and happy ending, well worth the read.

Serenity Woods is a great author. She had become my favourite very quickly. I love her characters, location settings and story lines as well as the way the book characters each link in to the next book. You feel like you are part of their family too.

Kora & Callum had one special night together 12 years ago, but they live on opposite sides of the world, so never expected to see each other again. Kora goes to England to visit her family and learn about the English branch of the family empire. The last thing she expects is to find out that Callum is her distant cousins ex. They reconnect and can’t seem to stay away from each other. Kora learn some unsettling family history and Callum is there to support her. Callum’s divorce wasn’t easy and Kora helps him to come alive again. When Kora goes back to New Zealand it breaks both their hearts, but luckily love finds a way and they get their HEA. This was a heartwarming, hot, enjoyable read.
