Love the suspense!
These two meet one crazy NYE night and their world continues without each other. Years passed, Rina has had tragedy in her life and she's restarting in Boston with her friends and family, trying to never look back at the past and move forward. Keeping men at a distance. Brecken is back in Boston after having an incident at work in NY. Being the player he is, he’s trying to concentrate on his career and stay focus on getting back to his career in NY. Never expecting to meet again, there she is his one-night unforgettable stand, and this time he’s not letting her go! This story is full of suspense and the love that Brecken has for stubborn Rina is incredible. They're obstacles they must defeat to get their HEA. I love reading with all the characters from The Edge Series and looking forward to the spin-off!

    This book has lots of feels and super swoons for Brecken. He falls so fast for Rina even though she runs the other way just as quickly.     This was my favorite book in this series. It was the perfect segue to the Doctors series which features all of Rina’s brothers. There was a lot going on in this book, it seemed like there were four plot lines running at the same time. There was emotion and suspense and mystery and even some angst.

    Breck is my favorite kind of mmc, misunderstood. He was the perfect book boyfriend and put up with a lot of criticism from his sister and he never really deserved it. Breck was determined to break through Rina’s walls and Aria made that significantly more difficult.

    Despite his reputation, Breck was committed to Rina. I loved the way they shared their secrets with each other and really got to know each other on a much deeper level. They were so perfect together. Breck was the perfect combination of protective and supportive. He just wanted the best for Rina and did his best to give that to her.

    Rina was a very strong fmc. She survived so much in college and went after her dreams. She struggled with PTSD but was able to be a successful woman through it all. I loved her relationship with her brothers and the way they accepted Breck into the fold.

    Overall, it was a great book and a great wrap up for the series.

    The books in the series are standalone however I would read them in order. They do run on the same timeline however you will have more details about all the couples.

    Aria, we meet in an earlier book, and Brecken is her brother. He has lived in New York, however, is working in Boston for the next year. One night when everyone goes out, Brecken and Rina recognize each other. They had no idea several years ago, when they hooked up, that their paths would cross again.

    Rina is a nurse and of Aria‘s best friends. She is completely blindsided when she finds out that Brecken is the brother. But both Brecken and Rina have a difficult time staying away from each other. The chemistry they had a few years ago is still hot and burning between the two of them present day.

    Another great read in this series. I felt sorry for Brecken as he kept getting the shaft by everyone, unfairly. Aria constantly spewed that he was the ultimate bachelor playboy, and all the friends believed her. But it did finally come together and was a great read. I look forward to the brothers books.

    Last in the edge series following Brecken and Rina, there story is a hard read after you find out what happened to Rina but Brecken is there for her. I have to say I was so angry with Brecken Sister Aria telling her friend not to date her brother all because of something that happened at school but she allowed to date his friend. 4⭐️
