About the Author

The minute she began her love affair with reading, Ella became an avid supporter of the romance genre and has never looked back.

You could say Brooke Blaine was a book-a-holic from the time she knew how to read; she used to tell her mother that curling up with one at 4 a.m. before elementary school was her ‘quiet time.’ Not much has changed except for the espresso I.V. pump she now carries around and the size of her onesie pajamas.

4/5 ⭐️ OVERALL 2.5/5 🌶 STEAM First, if you haven’t read the Dare to Try series, and you love MM romance, it’s officially complete. This series follows Kieran & Bash on their journey to forever. Pick this series up if you like it sweet & steamy! I couldn’t imagine this conclusion any differently. The authors did a great job. I’m going to miss Kieran and Bash something terrible, but I’m so happy I took this ride with them. I love MM romance and this was my first time reading a book with a character like Bash. He is so different and I LOVED it! I adored Kieran’s character and how well he developed throughout the series, total 180! Side note, I really enjoyed the supporting characters. And, although I haven’t read any of their books the authors did great with the snippets on each couple. I might just go read those as well! 😏 Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to read and review and I can’t wait to check out y’all’s next books! ♥️ *this is a completely unbiased review I have never read any books by either authors before this series!

    I had a hard time putting the book down. I could visualize Kerian but I couldn’t visualize Bash. They seemed totally opposite. Bash also seemed like he drinked champagne almost every day. Made me think he was an alcoholic. But I will say you could feel the attractions between the two.

    Loved Kieran 's and Bash story every second of it all. I swear I wildlife to live in Bach's closet and die ☺. I wanted more of their story it felt unfinished to me or a hurried ending. Kieran and Bach's story needs Bash planning their Fabulous wedding and twin babies get dropped on the fire department doors and who adopts then my friends in my head Kieran and Bash. Can you imagine turning their lives upside down, sleep deprived, insane baby clothes and strollers, God parents galore and doing it all in his Balenciaga and Manolo Blahnik. Please think about it

    I loved this last installment for Kieran and Bash! It's the first time I've seen the couple beyond the initial faze of the relationship. I loved the wholesome piece of bringing the Bailey brothers together for the ride as well. It was a real treat to see the next steps for some of the other couples from Chicago and South Haven. I just need a great Christmas story for all next!

    I love these authors and some of their series are all time favourites of mine , but this one was not.

    If you enjoy a sweet mushy love story that not a great deal goes on , then this will make you happy. I prefer some real meat to a story, interesting things & characters to suck you into their world. The brothers road trip was fun but missed potential to make it the core of the story.

    Bash being over generous with his money while not overly surprising it just seemed a bit over the top and all too fast. Sometimes less is more , which yes I know Bash fans will say less is never more with him, for KB that’s not him , he’s a simple guy who works hard and likes to earn what he has.

    I hope the authors do something new for the next series , the straight guy goes gay is becoming all too predictable and they have the ability to write better than they have in their last few series. Take your time rather than rush them out to keep the readers happy , rather quality than quantity.

    Their relationship is so unique as is Bash and seeing them happy also makes me happy. Their story leaves me feeling content and simply puts a smile to my face.

    I honestly love everything that comes out of Bash’s mouth, he’s so sexy and flirty and funny 🤩.
    As I’ve said before he’s my favorite character ever and I can’t believe that his story is over… or is it?
    One of my favorite sides of Bash is when is dressing up 💃🏼👠💄👄, he really is fabulous and I love every single reaction that Kieran has when he sees him 😌.
    Their relationship is #relationshipgoals!

    And the sexy times? Oh my, when they get into it it’s so f***ing 🥵🧯🚨🤌🏼😳🔥!

    All of this to say, these books are my favorite ever, I just can’t get enough of Bash, and Kieran .

    There are lots of pros and cons to both. Their friends are eager to help them out and so are Kieran's brothers.

    This book contains hijinks, an epic car ride, an epic car as a gift and plenty of sexy times between the two main characters.

    Perfect ending to a perfect trio of books. My only complaint is that the story is now over.

    Truth or Dare is book three and the last instalment in the Dare to Try series by the dynamic duo of Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine. Ladies, all I can say is you exceeded every expectation and dream with this stunning conclusion to Bash and Kieren’s story. I could not put this book down. I could not stop thinking about them. The description of Bash throughout the series was so explicit, I have a very clear picture in my head of what he looks like. Everything about this story, I breathed with them. Every moment was an out of body experience. Supple loving and extravagant personalities are just a little of what is on offer in Truth or Dare. Reading this was bittersweet. In one breath, I could not wait to disappear into it, and in the other, I did not want to get to the end too fast. It was a privilege to get to know Kieren and Bash, as well as the supporting cast. I particularly enjoyed the revisiting characters from previous series. They all came together seamlessly and emphatically.

    The collaboration that is Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine is always thrilling and exciting. It is also a mystery, as you never quite know the impact of each story until you have read them. You can try to prep, but nothing can blow your mind quite like a series by this pairing. I say it every time and this time is no different. I have found my new dream couple. I loved every little detail about them. From the flamboyant to the serious. It was all put together so eloquently, it took my breath away. Expressive and daring, Truth or Dare was a perfect way to bid goodbye to the best couple in my fantasy world. 5 stars.
