USA Today and Amazon #1 bestselling author Luke Romyn shines in this tense supernatural suspense thriller. Prepare to have your nerves shredded in this pulse-pounding race for answers.

"If you love suspenseful, edge-of-your-seat, can't-put-it-down-action-packed-thrillers ... the type of book where you can't wait to get up in the morning and read more as soon as you wake up, this is the book for you!" -- Tony Kaup

Three killers roam the streets.

Only one psychic can stop them.

Yet he can't recall a thing.

As Chance Ripley’s tangled memory unravels, his brutal past seeps through, and he learns that the visions tormenting him are no mere fantasies, no flits of his imagination sent to plague his waking hours. They are real, and if he refuses to act, more people will die. Himself included.

To stay still is to face death.

But Chance can't escape. He's locked in an asylum.

"As usual, Romyn doesn't give the reader much chance to breathe once the action starts... If you're still thinking about a book several weeks later, it's done its job. I absolutely recommend this one!" -- Adina

He's locked in an asylum.

I take great pride in figuring out where a novel is going (or a movie), anticipating plot twists and the ending. I work hard at it, running dozens of possible scenarios through my head while reading/watching and predicting the most likely outcome. It's fun for me.

I cannot state I always figure things out--that would be a fallacy--but I'm fairly decent.

TRINITY? Not a chance. My "completion percentage" was about as good as a junior league quarterback playing in the NFL. Bad. Real bad.

Romyn had me guessing throughout. Plot twist after unexpected event after don't have a clue what's going on. Such a good, mind-blowing story. Loved it! Vivid scene settings, believable dialog, lots of action, and a guess as to what's happening from page one through the end.

    Kudos, Mr. Romyn! Kudos!

Trinity by Luke Romyn; was a fun read with lots of twists, turns and great characters. It has plenty of action, suspense and just enough romance. My one complaint is that the author could have left out a lot of filler and it would have kept a better pace. Other then that it was great!

This was a great story. Fast, crazy and initially hard to follow the narrative evolved into one of the most engaging science fiction stories I've ever read. Talk about intense-- I mean, wow! The main character, Chance, is a mental patient. At first I didn't know whether I should feel sorry for him or doubt his reliability in reporting the action. His understanding over the arc of the story becomes the reader's understanding. Thanks to the author's skill, I now know what it feels like to be psychic, telekinetic and schizophrenic. All in all, a great read.

The main character is Chance. He wakes up in a mental hospital with no memory. Yet he has "dreams" or "visions" of women being murdered,,, as if he is inside the women as they are being murdered.. He also sees the murderers - there are 3 of them - thus the name Trinity.
The books is about psychic experiences and fantasy happenings. Therefore if you are a person who likes reality - this would not be the book for you
Since I do not need reality to enjoy a book - I really enjoyed it :)

While reading Luke Romyn's new thriller, Trinity, I had the words of Morpheus from The Matrix floating through my mind: "what is 'real'? How do you define 'real'?"
Luke Romyn takes you on a wild, twisted mental roller-coaster that streaks through rationality only to stop in a different side of what is considered 'reality'. Good science fiction is nothing more than answering a good "what if" question with an unexpected or perspective shifting outcome. Along the way it should also challenge us on a satirical level about real life issues. Luke Romyn does just that. His character Chance not only struggles with his own identity but also with the concept of free will and our perception of what we believe to be 'real'.
There are dark undertones of how our perception of right and wrong may indeed be simply a matter of someone else's perspective that has been infused into our lives and assured us as to its reliability. All the while we never question the motive behind our accepted reality.
Chance finds freedom in forgetting but finds it does not free him of his past or those who wish to control him. He must face his past and his manipulators in order to end his horrid nightmare existence.
But Chance has a secret. A secret he himself doesn't know that can turn the tables or utterly destroy himself.

If you are a fan of Dean Koontz, or Alex Proya, this book is for you.
We'll done Luke. Hurry up with Ash.

The beginning of this novel was brilliant and intriguing. However, the rest was tedious, over-long, and too similar to many other stories (in fact. some of the parallels to Star Wars even seemed ridiculous). The errors not caught by editors or publishers were also disappointing... Galveston is in TEXAS, not Louisiana. Smh. I had such high hopes after reading the first 20 pages or so of the sample, but once I purchased the book it was a total waste of time and money.

I still haven't decided if I liked this or not. Didn't care too much for the ending, but enjoyed Chance's character.

Fast paced. Wonderful characters. Kept me up reading into the early hours. The concept of psychic powers being used this way could make it hard to sleep at night. Thoroughly enjoyed this book. Very thought provoking.

3.0 out of 5 stars It was ok

I give this book 3 stars because it was ok but not much more. I like the person it is about (Chance) and his struggles to understand what is going on. It is plenty of action going on and many great twist and turns. Last 10 or so pagest was the best.

What I did dislike is that there were way to much happening at times so I lost myself in the text and even skipped parts. Struggled at times to care about it.

All in all an ok book to read if you like supernatural things. If you can get a sample and try it out.

5.0 out of 5 stars Utterly Brilliant

At last I've finally had time to curl up with this book. I didn't want to start it until I knew I'd be able to read it uninterrupted and savour every minute because I never want his books to end. I was NOT disappointed it was utterly brilliant. Where does he go to find these storylines...I would not like to be in his head. Scary place! As always with a Luke Romyn book you become so immersed with the characters, it's like you are right in there with them. It was very dark in there sometimes but I just loved it! I can't wait for the next instalment. Hope he's sat at his desk working hard.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
