The Reality of Wright and Wrong Kindle Edition
What do you do when you catch your fiancé grinding on another woman? Well, if you’re me, you run off with a sexy, ink-covered tattoo artist who goes by the name Wrong.
Then you marry him after a week.
This isn’t a story of love at first sight—love didn’t come into play until after I had ruined it all. It’s the reality of what is right and what is wrong when it comes to soulmates.

About the author

Leddy Harper had to use her imagination often as a child. She grew up the only girl in a house full of boys. At the age of fourteen, she decided to use that imagination and wrote her first book, and never stopped. She often calls writing her therapy, using it as a way to deal with issues through the eyes of her characters.
She is now a mother of three girls. The decision to publish her first book was made as a way of showing her children to go after whatever it is they want to. Love what you do and do it well. And to teach them what it means to overcome their fears.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 28, 2019I read the critiques on this book and almost didn't want to read it because a lot of people said it was an emotional roller coaster. I love a good HEA, so I was leary. I have to admit it was a bit of emotional turmoil, but it was so worth the ride. Very few men like the character Brogan actually exist in this world today. Unfortunately, there are wishy washy women like Mercy. Sometimes you need to appreciate what you have right in front of you and stop questioning it. Mercy let her anxiety and emotions sometimes get the best of her, whereas Brogan was a "what you see is what you get" type. EVERY woman needs a best friend like Stella in their lives to tell you when you are being ridiculous. I loved her! This book is so good! You definitely need to read it. It is staying in my library to enjoy many more times.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 14, 2019First off can we just say a big HELLO Brogan. Just oh my with him. I love love love Brogan. He has this sweet and sexy nature about him that will make you swoon. You can feel the instant love rolling off him the moment he meets Mercy. Now Mercy.....I wanted to really love her. But there are so many times I was like she needs to grow up and take life by the balls. She may just drive you crazy with her back and fourth when it comes to everything during this read. But bless the best friend Stella and pushing Mercy to see the mistakes she is making along the way. I really loved the connection between Brogan and Mercy. They fit. Yes Mercy bugged me a bit but in the end I did love her. I even fell in love with Brogan even more if that is possible. This really was a fantastic read that has you all over the place with emotional turmoil. I love that Leddy Harper gives us with this one.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2019Leddy Harper (no relation) writes books I've always enjoyed reading. THE REALITY OF WRIGHT AND WRONG is one of my favorites. There is just something about the two main characters that I fell in love with from the beginning. Each has personality traits that bugged me, but not enough that took away from their general likeness factor.
This is a story with mostly fade to black sex scenes, fantastic dialog and completed plot points from beginning to end. There are several secondary characters who I hope get their own stories.
I absolutely recommend this book.

What we have here is a guy who believes in fate and soulmates.
Characters:
Mercy Wright
Brogan Daniels
Overall:
These characters moved way too quickly. I needed more time to catch up. This certainly was an unconventional way to begin a short term relationship considering the circumstances that landed them together. I couldn’t find the connection I needed to stick with them.
I have to be fair to myself and Leddy by admitting that this story didn’t work for me. I didn’t like this one. She’s still a talented writer. This book didn’t suit my needs. It fell short in the emotional department. I kind of knew from the title and cover that I was going to struggle with this book. There’s an interesting premise behind the meet and greet, but beyond that I got hung up on the doubts and fears. Most of that came with the insta-connection. I’m skeptical of impulsive decisions. That there lies the problem with this story. Mercy went from careful to careless in a nano second of time.
The more Mercy vocalized her fears and doubts unfortunately the more I questioned her character.
The secondary character Stella, which I might add is the same name used for the writing duo Steph and Leddy, shared a banter that reminded me of those two ladies. While I love Leddy’s humor, sarcasm, and wit I wasn’t loving the dynamics between Stella and Mercy.
I struggled with Brogan talking about Mercy as if they knew each other longer than a few days. He had this fated destiny fantasy in his mind that I couldn’t get behind.
This was a sexually driven story where sex and physical appearance were the first two things that drove them together.
Once I got over my initial shock of this unconventional relationship moving too fast I realized no matter how much time you spend with someone you don’t truly know them. Every circumstance in life is dealt with accordingly and how that person reacts is an unknown reaction. “Do you even know anything about this boy? I know enough. The rest will come with time—just like with any other relationship”. This is absolutely true. I can’t dispute this statement.
Normally by now I’d be glued to Leddy’s words. Unfortunately, this book and these characters aren’t grabbing my attention.
You win some you lose some. This was a lose some moment. I can’t expect to like every book written. She hasn’t lost me as a fan. I remain hopeful and optimistic that her next book will be a 5stars.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 7, 2019This is another good book by Leddy. I really liked Brogan, some people would look at his body full of tattoos and think less of him. But he really had it together. He gave back to his neighborhood. He is responsible, successful and kind. He totally gets Mercy. Mercy got on my nerves sometimes. I just wanted to shake her, but thank God she had a sensible best friend. The characters are interesting and engaging. I would like to read Into' s story and Stella' s. Jordan should be in jail.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 19, 2020I really enjoyed this book. It's the first I read from Leddy and I'm glad I did. I loved Brogan. He is every girls dream. I wasnt a fan of Mercy in most parts of this book. She was giving me whiplash with her wishy washy attitude. But I do love her and Brogan together. Their story was beautiful and makes you believe fate can be real.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 15, 2019Hands down my favorite book that I have read by Leddy Harper! I read this story in one day.
Brogan & Mercy didn’t have a traditional start to their relationship, but that’s why I loved going on their journey. There were some great twists that kept me hooked in. I had to keep reading!
I’m hoping that there will be more from this world. I’m really hoping that Stella & Indi will get to tell their own stories!
I highly recommend this story!
I voluntarily reviewed this book.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 4, 2019The idea of the story was great but it dragged on with a wish-washy main character. Also, it sounds just like a female writing from a male’s point of view which makes parts of the story unrealistic. I found myself skipping through and just scanning instead of reading.

5.0 out of 5 stars Wow
I loved the story. I wanted to jump into it a beat the crap out of Jordan though. What a complete and utter cheating rat bastard. But in the end he got his comeuppance. This is my first of many books by this author. It won’t be the last!

5.0 out of 5 stars A story of pure, raw, breathtaking love
Writing a review has probably never been this easy and yet this hard because putting in words what this book did to me seems impossible.
The Reality of Wright and Wrong is a beautiful story about soulmates. Their love is so pure and complex, so clear and yet indescribable. The unadulterated, raw, inexplicable feelings between the main characters Mercy and Brogan from their first encounter are met with struggles of external and internal factors throughout the book and create a suspenseful storyline with ups and downs.
If it were up to me, I’d add a few more stars just to make a point. Amazing writer and unique plot - loved it!

4.0 out of 5 stars Wow, poetic
I one clicked this book based off a review/ recommendation of an author I love & I'm glad I did.
This is the first time I've read this author & I doubt it will be my last.
Brogan aka Wrong is a self made tattoo artist who shows up when Mercy's life has been turned upside down & all her plans had been thrown to hell.
Was it fate, destiny, coincidence or just right place at the right time, who knows for sure. But the pull between them can not be denied no matter how much you try to find reason. But can he withstand her doubts, can she get over her what ifs & assumed guilt, can she stop running long enough for him to catch her??
