Beth Flynn is a fiction writer and USA Today Bestselling Author who lives and works in Sapphire, North Carolina, deep within the southern Blue Ridge Mountains. Raised in South Florida, Beth and her husband, James, have spent the last twenty-five years in Sapphire, where they own a construction company. They have been married for almost forty years and have two beautiful daughters, an adored son-in-law, a precious granddaughter, and a lovable Pit bull mix named Owen.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys studying the Word, writing, reading, gardening, and motorcycles, especially taking rides on the back of her husband’s Harley. She is an extremely grateful breast cancer survivor.

    What do you get when you read a Beth Flynn book? An incredible read that takes you away from this crazy world. Not only is this author a master storyteller, but her books stay with you for days. Her characters become part of your life. You grow to love them, even if you shouldn't. She shows readers that every person might have a dark side, but there's good in there somewhere. Tarnished Soul was just as amazing as all her other stories. I loved Jonas. He was tough, loyal, and even though he had a dark side, we learned love him. The way he protected Lucy was beautiful.

    Did this story have twists and turns? Of course, it did. Was I surprised on more than one occasion? Absolutely!!!! It's why I always drop everything to read this author's books. Tarnished Soul was exactly what I needed to forget the world for a bit and live in the whirlwind world created by this master storyteller.

    The only problem with reading a book by this author is the book hangover. I miss the characters already.

    This is my 7th book by Beth Flynn. I have given all her books a positive review. This book and Tethered Souls 4 stars. They were enjoyable but not my favorites in the series. The remaining 5 all received 5 stars. Nine Minutes trilogy deserved all the stars in the sky. This woman has a way with words. Her writing is flawless. She is the only one I never read a description of the story or a review. She is an automatic click for me. This story was not a true MC book. This book is about Jonas and Lucy. They won’t be my favorite couple. Grizz and Ginny have held that spot. I have read many books since I read Nine Minutes and it’s one of the very few I remember like I read it yesterday. An amazing story. Anthony Bear was also an intriguing man. So needless to say when my favorites are brought into the story I’m thrilled. If this is a first time writer for you I recommend all the books by this author. This woman is not capable of writing a mediocre book. Start from the beginning. If you love MC books you won’t be disappointed.

    Once again Ms. Flynn wrote a story that I absolutely couldn’t put down. Jonas Brooks and Lucy Renquest couldn’t be more opposite from each other, but yet totally perfect for one another! Jonas is such a bad boy , and an alpha to the extreme degree and then you have sweet and innocent Lucy. Fate sure is a fickle lady.

    Their story is packed with ups and downs, highs and lows, pushes and pulls, twists and turns and I was glued to my couch to see how it would turn out!

    I loved that Jonas and Lucy never changed for each other, accepted each other for who they were – brains and brawn, sweet and sour, darkness and light, some might even go so far as to say an angel and a devil.

    I also enjoyed the little snippets of Anthony/Christy and Grizz/Kit – I highly recommend reading this entire series!!!

    I was intrigued by the story and plot, but unfortunately wasn’t able to finish this one. The writer’s style and wordy descriptions just didn’t do it for me. A big stopping point for me was the changing of perspectives and characters. At one point, four or five different people were giving their point of view of the same moment in time..super confusing. 2-3 stars, at best. Bummer, as I can see how much work this author put into this one. Maybe others will resonate with her style..

    I’m a long time fan of this author. I’ve read all of her work. I throughly enjoyed this book. I loved how the story intersected with Grizz and Bears books. You have to pay attention when reading this authors books. There are some things that can make you feel like a detective searching for clues. I remembered The two main characters meeting in the other books. It was memorable. I fell in love with this couple. Who can dislike a man who fell in love with his woman so quick. I loved the cameos from Bear, Christy, Grizz and Kit. One of my favorite quotes was Grizz saying “Because regardless of what anyone knows or thinks they know, giving me the finger is a death wish I’d be more than willing to make come true.” The only thing that bothered me was the POVs switching so oddly. I can’t wait to see what other stories this author has in store for us.

    Another book of twists and turns. Old friends make appearances. The story doesn't fail to intrigue. Brooks is not a gentle man, he needs no one, so when he finds himself in agonising pain at the emergency area of a hospital all he wants to do is hurt the stupid nurse handing him forms to fill in. He's about to explode in more ways than one when a shy young girl steps up to help. She calms him, fills in the forms for him and proceeds to inform the witch behind the desk that Brooks appendix are about to burst. Fast forward six years and the two cross paths again. This time Brooks doesn't want to let go. Lucy is not afraid of the large brutish Jonas Brooks. Maybe she should be. Instead she finds he makes her feel safe, cherished. Lucy has a genius IQ, but it doesn't prepare her for what is to come.

    Before you start reading this , find somewhere comfortable to sit get a blanket and get ready for an absolutely amazing book that will sweep you off you’re feet and and take you to back to 9 minutes where it all began

    One thing I love about Beth Flynn’s style of writing is , is that you just instantly fall in love the story , the world around you just disappears you’re 100% sucked in and have no plans of leaving any time soon . I’m only on chapter 12 and I love it already.
    I love what Jonas does to get Lucy up to the cabin , she’s so sweet and innocent
    And what he asks her to teach him just melted my heart that little bit more
    The end of chapter 37... my head just dropped my hands in my hair think on no Jonas what have you done you stupid stupid man
    Not many books I’d still be reading at 69% with no nookie lol but Beth’s books are worth the wait, you feel the love between the characters very early on and know that it’s going to be perfect

    For the past 7 hours I’ve been in this amazing world of Jonas and Lucy and it’s been a wonderful ride

    So i loved Lucy and jonas but i sort of missed how he started in the beginning. I missed reading about his manipulative and bullying ways as in the beginning. Don't please get me wrong it was a great read just not 5 stars worth.
