    Had to do a re-read to refresh my memory before I start reading Sam's perspective in The Unforgettable Hookup. I so rarely re-read books but this one was a pleasure, it's absolutely a comfort read and I can see myself re-reading it again. A heads up, this one has a lot of on page sex, something I don't usually care for unless there are enough things going on besides sex and thankfully this story definitely has that. So my original review stands, I don't see anything I'd want to change. Now, onto Sam's perspective!

    Wow! How did I get so lucky as to read and love two short stories in a row!

    Most of the time shorter stories leave me wanting, for the most part something is always missing. Don't get me wrong I would have LOVED to have more of this one but it's surprisingly a complete story in not that many pages. Funny thing is while I expected a lot of sex in my last read there wasn't hardly any, with this one I didn't expect as much as I got but for some reason it was the right way to go. To be fair there isn't pages and pages of explicit sex but the guys do have trouble controlling them selves. 😂 There is a whole lot more to this story than bedroom antics. I loved it!

    QUICK THOUGHTS
    -- Quick easy read -- a hookup that turns to more -- realistic? probably not but a sweet fantasy? definitely -- how long can they stay "anonymous" lol -- instant attraction -- meant to be together -- some really sweet moments -- made me laugh -- warmed my heart -- yes I cried -- LOVED the MCs... Lane & Sam -- swoon worthy -- satisfying ending -- would I have liked more? Absolutely but this was close to perfect -- new to me author looking forward to reading more of their work
