The Mistress (#4 in Sexy as Hell (Secondaries)) Kindle Edition

4.0 out of 5 stars 3 ratings

The Mistress is a spin-off short story from the Sexy as Hell Trilogy. Also written by Harlem Dae and available on Amazon – The Novice, The Player, The Vixen, The Star, The Harlequin.

Fifi and Carlos, who feature in The Mistress, are both in books #1 and #2 of the trilogy. Carlos plays a larger role than Fifi as Zara’s slave. For a giant of a man he is surprisingly gentle and submissive and is understandably lost when Zara finds Victor to ‘play’ with. It was decided, therefore, to give Carlos his own story with the slightly scary Fifi and see how things worked out for them.

Is Fifi’s bark worse than her bite, or is it all a show? Fifi has wanted to be Carlos’ Mistress for a long time, but he was bound to Zara, their boss. Now, with Carlos set free, Fifi has stepped in to fill Zara’s shoes. But surely Fifi wants more than Carlos can possibly give. Has she got the courage to ask him to be her slave 24/7? And, more importantly, does he even want her as his full-time Mistress?

Harlem Dae is the pen name of two authors - Lily Harlem and Natalie Dae. They have been writing together for several years on top of their individual author projects and enjoy being represented by traditional houses including HarperCollins and Totally Bound as well as self-publishing their sexy stories on Amazon.

Sexy as Hell (5* BDSM trilogy) Anything for Him (published by HarperCollins) and Good Cop, Bad Cop have all claimed the #1 spot on the Amazon Erotica/Romance charts and That Filthy Book, now available in bookshops nationwide, is hailed by reviewers as a book every woman should read. The future is bright for this writing duo.

Both live in the UK and gain great satisfaction from bouncing characters and their raunchy antics back and forth, growing, nurturing and stoking plot lines until they steam off the page and push boundaries. They consider themselves to be solitary, whacky, spontaneous and desirous for many things including perfection and are frequently caught sending messages back and forth referring to each other as Rodney and Delboy.

Wow! This is one hot short story. Carlos and Fifi were supporting characters in the Sexy as Hell trilogy, and now it's their turn at a kinky love story. This is kinky and surprisingly sweet. It's just as white-hot, kindle-sizzling, brain-melting, toe-curling, and engrossing as the full-length novels.

I felt bad for Carlos when he lost his Domme (Zara) when she decided to only play with the new guy (Victor). I'm so happy to learn more about the submissive big guy and Fifi, the slightly scary Domme.

This is another amazing tale from Lily Harlem and Natalie Dae!

The Mistress is a very good quick read. I’ve liked all of the characters I’ve met so far in this series, and it’s nice to get to know them all better, find out what makes them tick, and so on. The storyline between these two characters was tense and intriguing. Add that to the super hot sex and you have a read that will definitely get you hot under the collar – boiling, in fact.

This is another sexy, well-written addition to the series and I look forward to checking out the other books. I’d definitely recommend this book to fans of BDSM erotic romance – but be warned, this book, as well as the others in the series, are definitely not for the faint-hearted. Hot stuff.

    The Mistress by Harlem Dae
    Sexy as Hell Secondary book
This is a quick peak at Fifi and Carlos’s story. We read a lot about these two in books #1 and #2 but we really don’t know them. In book three Zara and Victor talk a little about Carlos and him finding a new mistress. Well looks like he finds one in Fifi but he actually finds a lot more than a mistress. Can Fifi give Carlos what he needs? I think she can and she does so exceedingly well! This was a great short story by Natalie and Lily.
