    The illustrations are great in the journal and look really run to color. I was really disappointed that the writing prompts are the same on every page- I'm thankful for, my dreams and goals, what I love about myself, my affirmations. I'm sure this would work well for some children or if you were using on a periodic basis. It doesn't work for me since I was looking for something to write in daily for a way for a 6 year old (who loves dragons) to improve writing.
