    I am so tired of reading books that are more sex than action! Ms Kamps delivers action, wonderfully complex characters and steamy scenes in perfect balance. And the endings are NOT obvious from the beginning chapters. I’ve read the first 5 and can’t wait for the next two - already pre-ordered!

    Book #1 was really good and I didn't stop reading until I ran out of words. Book #2 wasn't quite as good, but almost. #3 oh yeah! Excellent read. Now for Book #4......

    I’m two seconds into the book and the author writes a sentence that may make you sit up and wonder what she has in store for you.

    Lidiya Stephenson has to make a quick decision. Derrick “Chaos” Biggs on the one hand doesn’t seem to play well with others but on the other he seems to care about those in his circle. It’s the suspense that starts right from the gate that carried me through each page.

    Our author does such a great job that even though this is a work of fiction she always makes those scenes seem plausible especially in the current world we live in. It was a real rollercoaster ride with all the ups and downs plus those quick turns. So make sure to get comfortable because you’ll not want to miss a thing. Time seems to be a theme that runs through the story from beginning to end.

    Derrick is the perfect choice to be part of the Cover Six group. On the one hand Lidiya seems timid and then she seems ready to do what needs to be done. Makes them seem like an odd couple. It makes you wonder how this author is going to make any type of relationship work between the two. That just makes this author good at what she does. One good thing about time is that the ending left me wanting more from these men and luckily I only have to wait a few months before I get to know another member of this group.

    The men of Cover Six Security are men who fight for what is right and their moral compass will never steer them wrong, unless it has anything to do with a woman.

    Derrick “Chaos” Biggs is used to working alone and he likes his solitude. When he has to be around the men and women he works with, he feels that he has to put in so much effort to be polite and smile. This is why he likes being a computer geek. He can interact with people online and not have to face them in person, so his real persona can be hidden completely. The one person he interacts with on a regular basis is a hacker who can get into places he has trouble hacking. He has been communicating with Lee for eighteen months now and has his opinion of who Lee is in his head, but when Lee reaches out to him and asks for his help, he is thrown for loop when he sees Lee for the first time in person.

    Lidiya “Lee” Stephenson is a computer hacker and a recluse, for the most part. After going into hiding two years ago to stay alive, she does her best to stay off anyone’s radar. She can’t afford to be found by the one person who wants to find her and kill her. However, he may have found her and could be closing in at any time. When her life is on the line, she reaches out to the one person she feels can help her, Chaos, a computer hacker who asks for her help on occasion when needed. She has her perception of who Chaos is, but she has no idea who he really is.

    I love the Cover Six Security books. Derrick’s story didn’t disappoint either. He is a man who makes his way through life on his own believing that he can take care of himself and he doesn’t need his team mates to help him, until he does. He is so inside his head that it takes him almost losing Lee for him to realize that what TR has been telling him was right all along. The chemistry the men at Cover Six Security have is great as is the chemistry that these men have with the women in their lives. I love the series and cannot wait for Wolf’s story. These men fight so hard not to fall that when they do, they fall very hard. I give this story a 5-star review and highly recommend it and the other books in the series.

    Derrick "Choas" has some issues with trust so he tends to go out on his own to solve cases or do things. This doesn't set well with the other members of the security company he works for. Lee has secrets and has been a recluse for the past 2 years. She's good at computer hacking just like Choas is and that's how they met. She even helped him on a case a while back. So when Lee needs help she sends a message to Choas. They are both surprised when they meet each other and although she needs his help, she's reluctant to trust him. He proves he can be trusted but she's scared when he learns her secret and why she needs his help, he won't want anything to do with her and boy are there sparks between the two of them. They get into some trouble and thankfully he has his brothers at Cover Six to help them out. These men are more than members of a security team, they are family as well and the way the interact with each other can be quite funny! Very well written story that keeps you turning pages! I received an ARC and am voluntarily leaving my review.

    This is a great book about a young woman on the run for two years from something in her past. The book begins on a threatening note - it seems that someone wants to kill her. There is lots of action and adventure as she tries to get help from a computer hacker friend named Derrick (nicknamed Chaos). They fall in love, of course, but can she really trust anyone? And can he, in return, trust her when she refuses to explain what happened in her past that caused her to run? There is danger following her but she won't explain why. My only disappointment with the book is that it takes so long to find out what occurred in the past, so readers couldn't try to guess how she might get out of the mess she is in. But once all is explained the suspense builds to an incredible climax and I'm sure readers will be satisfied with the romance as well as the suspense. I highly recommend this book!
