    I first found Linsey Hall's books in November when the first couple of books in the first Dragon God's (Bree) story were on sale. They were in my "to be read" collection and when I finally read them a few weeks later, I devoured them. I bought all of Bree's books and then realized, after checking out the author's website, that I should read the FireSouls series before moving on so I bought those books. And then moved on to Ana's series and finally Rowan. The bad thing about finding a series to read that isn't finished yet is reading all.the.books. and then waiting for the next one. That's the good thing too, I guess, because you savor it. I've been waiting very impatiently for Rowan's 4th book since I finished the 3rd one and when I finally got it, I read it in less than a day. Ms. Hall has a way with words that pulls the reader into the story. I loved this continuation of Rowan's story and adored how, as always, Ms. Hall brings old friends from previous stories to help our team. It's great to visit with old friends and they always make me smile. I loved seeing how more of Rowan's powers came online and how she started to embrace them. The ending caught my off guard as I thought it was going in one direction and then something happened during the final battle that changed it up. Although I'm dreading the conclusion of the series because I don't want to let them go, I can't wait to read the final book in Rowan's series and see how everything ties together. I truly hope there are more stories with our FireSouls and DragonGods and their friends in the future.

I wish that the author would go a little more in depth with the romance. No need to be super explicit but more than a kiss and an embrace would be nice.     Nice follow-up in the series. I don't think Leslie has written a bad book. I am getting a little tired I f the characters as i have read both long series (fire Souls & Dragon Gift) as soon as they are released. I realize the formula of a strong woman finding a strong man works with the general public but i'm getting the feeling that Linsey believes a woman NEEDS a man to complete her. i don't read because it is paranormal fantasy but rather because i live fantasy, magic and strong women. I'd like to see a change where the woman doesn't need anyone to complete her or finds another woman that makes her whole.
    Perhaps we'll see a change as i suspect the next series will focus on Mordaca and Aerdeca and their Blood Magic. Hint, hint Linsey

    Well I almost feel like I have to hurry up with this review and get on to reading the last in the series
    Everyone who has been in the series was there in this book, everyone including the cook busy saving the world and the energy in the book was impressive
    Binge reading has been wonderful, a bit like finding a great Netflix show that has all the episodes so you don't feel like you have to wait a week
    Having said that it has been hard not reading as the reason for not reading has been my eye sight and I can't do the audio book as the characters already have a voice in my head
    I'd 100% recommend this series to anyone who loves adventures, magic and normals sharing a world, if you like challenges that make you read a page as fast as you can to feel the battles and enjoy the tension, right, off to the next book :)

    I have read every book in the Dragons Gift series, and i have no complaints with any of them. They are all fantastic stories in their own right and if you are going to read them, you should start at the beginning with the firesouls in The Huntress' series. You'll be able to see how many of the characters are introduced over time and given their own series too.
