Tin Machines (Star Sails Book 5) Kindle Edition
Limping on their way home, the crew of the SS Falcon are in desperate need of supplies. The most important is gluonite so that they can get their hyper drive working.
Without faster than light engines running, it'll take them close to 30 million years to get back home. That's a little longer than the estimated life of the good ship Falcon.
They stumble upon the Ralens, an advanced alien race who have been overrun by their robotic laborers they call The Unknowns. If they can help the Ralens, Captain Stone and his men might be able to grab some much needed supplies.
But why has Scot Free, their android, gone rogue and trotted off to join the Tin Machines?

About the author

Ever since I was a little kid I used to fly around my backyard pretending I was a Jedi Warrior or Federation Captain. When I say fly I mean run around pretending I was in a space ship.
Me and my friends used to take wooden rulers and paint and draw elaborate controls on them and these were our joysticks. We had X-wing fighters and USS star ships and we would spend hours exploring alien worlds and getting into dog fights. The good guys always won.
When I got a bit older I started to absorb everything I could about vampires, going through my own goth and vampire stage. I loved how cool they were and how they were sort of like super beings or demi-gods.
Not even werewolves could outfox vampires. These mysterious blood suckers were lurking around every dark corner of night, just waiting to pounce on unsuspecting victims.
And so now I write both science fiction and vampire horror stories because I still can't control my active imagination. I hope you enjoy my humble offerings. You can reach me at sylyntstorme at gmail dot com.
