About the authors
E is the alter ego of Emma Jaye. While Emma concentrates on men who love men, E sticks to feisty ladies and their often confused but always devoted guys.
E spends her days trying to fight off Emma's attempt to add gay or bisexual side characters into her m/f or m/f/m stories but doesn't always succeed.
Expect high angst, steam, and eventual HEA.
Emma is the #1 Amazon Bestselling Author of angsty, dark MM paranormal, scifi, and contemporary series including Incubus, DeMMonica Paint, Lies, and Malthusia.
Born in Hungry Bottom (yes, it's a real place) as an unexpected twin, she was destined to be a little different!
She loves putting damaged, often sweet and funny characters through hell before letting them have a well-earned HFN or HEA,
Writing sci-fi, paranormal, and contemporary romance with m/m, m/f, and multiple partner characters, she concentrates on men who love men these days. She blames her rebellious muse (who looks like Chris from the Paint Series) for the hot aspects tickling the angst, and the humor cuddling up with the hotness.

- Reviewed in the United States on December 11, 2015A few words to describe Tinsel Time: Hot. Crazy creative. Funny. Coolly British.
As an American reader, “hearing” Noah Spicer (aka Spice’s) voice in my head saying utterly British words like bogs, totties, and dosh made quite the joyful noise. I loved the unashamedly un-humble Spice – he knows exactly how fabulous his body is and enjoys showing it off. Lots of great opportunities for mental eye candy.
I love the creativity of this book’s premise. Christmas fairies made by Father Christmas, using magic and time travel to fulfill wishes for humans. Every human gets one wish, so if you don’t get it when you’re a child, you’re entitled to it when you’re an adult – and the adult department fairies usually seem to be fulfilling naughty, naughty wishes.
Being able to shape change – including an eye-popping vision of a far-from-traditional Father Christmas– made for some delicious giggles.
There are several typos in the book – some may not be typos but rather a British style of punctuation, so I reserved judgment.
Overall, the dialogue is frostily clever. Spice is hired to escort Megan to a conference and run interference with the male competitors and their catty trophy wives. I hollered out a few “You go, boys” at his fiendishly funny put-downs. And then there are Spice’s naughty words and deeds. Seriously scorching, and worth re-reading a couple times.
A quickie peak into the future at his potential future was hot, hot, hot - if one enjoys reading about steamy menage action (ahem, yes, please).
This is the second book in a series. I haven't yet read the first one, but I didn't have any trouble following the story. There are some intriguing references to events in the first book - I want to know what's in Spencer's basement! I'll be downloading it pronto to devour it faster than fairies drink sherry.
The main human characters' stories are nicely wrapped at the end, but there’s a bit of a cliffhanger with how the fairies will handle the hot water they landed in with Father Christmas. Mm, mm, such delicious punishment to have to wait another year to find out!
- Reviewed in the United States on December 25, 2016This is the third book I've read by Emma Jaye, and unfortunately my least favourite. I didn't care for any of the characters, and the witty banter I loved in book 1 was lacking in this installment. The sex scenes were delicious although not at all what I expected.
Footnote: - The story is littered with silly typos that have nothing to do with being told in UK language as opposed to US. With that said, I tend to see them more than others so don't let that stop you from grabbing a copy of this story.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 1, 2015Wow! This was definitely the sexiest Christmas story I've ever read. The story begins when Santa's adult department fairies are given a special task. As a child, Christmas fairies gave Noah Spicer his wish and made him popular. However, the wish backfired since a girl Noah teased in school, Megan, has made a wish for revenge. Though Tinsel prefers giving happy Christmas wishes, she follows Father' Christmas's orders and takes Megan's place. Megan wants Noah to feel just as badly as she did when she was a kid. So Tinsel tries to humiliate Noah, but when she realizes how great he is, she has trouble following orders. Instead she's drawn to him and wants nothing but good things for him. Tinsel is stuck between doing her duty and doing what's right. She can't ruin someone's life because of Christmas wishes gone wrong.
This book was a lot of fun and extremely hot. I liked how the fairies could look into the snow globe at the North Pole and see into alternate futures for people. I think my favorite character of all was Noah. As a famous diver, he's hit the top in life, but when he falls and loses everything, he doesn't give up. He works hard even when all the cards are stacked against him. At a certain point in the book it seems that nothing could be worked out for the characters, so I was please to find a happy ending for them all.

1.0 out of 5 stars This Should Have an XXX Rating
I thought this would have been light hearted and suitable for people of a gentle disposition. I couldn't have been more wrong.
