Trinity: Guidebook (Trinity Anthology) Paperback – March 1, 2021

Book 5 in the Trinity Anthology series. Blue Forge Press selected nine authors (three men, three women, three nonbinary) and sent them writing prompts every month for a year. We wanted to explore a triad of gender expression but instead discovered a more authentic creative trinity: Writer. Idea. Reader. Despite their vast and varied differences in experience, style, ideology, class, politics, race, sexuality, and religion, the authors all gave a year of their creative lives to craft their best work over the course of 2019. The resulting hundred and eight stories were compiled into four volumes: "Trinity Winter", "Trinity Spring", "Trinity Summer" and "Trinity Autumn". This fifth volume, "The Trinity Guidebook", provides in-depth interviews with each author plus nine bonus stories written in 2020. Whether brand new and just beginning their writing careers or established veterans in the industry, rarely have more diverse authors come together to create a body of work so inclusive and enlightening. Blue Forge Press used a light editorial hand to allow the writers’ voices to be heard in their original state: Undiluted, unaltered and raw. The writers are here. The ideas are here. Amber Rainey is a mom first in all things she does. She just happens to also be an author, actor, and award-winning filmmaker. She lives in Texas with her engineer husband, precocious son, and five cats with disabilities, who vie for her lap while she writes. Amber has yet to find a medium she doesn't enjoy so she writes novels, poems, short stories, and screenplays.

Hiromi has been a special operations heavy weapons expert, an adjunct professor, a rave journalist, and the flaming-sword-swinging lead in a heavy metal opera. They (singular) have lived in nations around the world, but have settled down in Seattle with their spouse Randi and their (plural) dog Nasus. Outside of crafting queer science fiction/fantasy, Hiromi writes roleplaying games, produces the inclusive and comedic D&D radio drama podcast “Dear High Elves,” programs video games, and gets into sword fights as a member of the Seattle Knights actor-combatant troupe.

Winner of Bumbershoot and PNWC poetry awards, Seattle Times bestselling novelist Jennifer DiMarco first toured nationally as an author when she was nineteen years old having written novels since the age of ten. The first sixteen years of her career included the publication of contemporary drama, high fantasy, science fiction, poetry, and mystery novels as well as the production of two short films and three stage plays. During a twenty-year hiatus from prose, DiMarco married, raised two children, and worked as a filmmaker writing and directing more than a dozen feature films, half a dozen mini series, and more than a hundred short films. She celebrates four decades as a storyteller in 2023 with the re-release of her entire catalog and two brand new titles. DiMarco lives in the Pacific Northwest with her wife and their adult children.
