Vampire Templar (Immortal Knight Short Stories Book 1) Kindle Edition
AD 1311, Castle Chinon, France.
King Philip sent secret orders throughout France commanding his bailiffs and seneschals to detain all fifteen thousand Templar knights, sergeants, chaplains and servants in a single day; Friday 13th October 1307.
Now, the masters of the ancient Order are detained, undergoing brutal torture at the hands of the Inquisition.
And so Richard and his immortal knights must fight their way into the castle to rescue those masters before the light of the Templars is forever extinguished.
Please note: the Immortal Knight Chronicles Short Stories are to be read in conjunction with the main series, which starts with the novel Vampire Crusader.
Richard of Ashbury has performed countless heroic deeds down the centuries and fought in hundreds of battles that will not feature in the main novel series. But they are too good to miss. That is why some of these episodes will be told in these short stories.
So join Richard and his companions now for their next thrilling adventure.
Vampire Templar takes place between Book 3 Vampire Khan and Book 4 Vampire Knight of the Immortal Knight Chronicles.
The Immortal Knight Chronicles:

2. Vampire Outlaw: King John and the Invasion of England
3. Vampire Khan: Hulegu Khan and the Mongol Invasions
4. Vampire Knight: King Edward III and the Hundred Years War
5. Vampire Heretic: Gilles de Rais and the Siege of Orléans

About the author

I write action-packed sci-fi and historical fantasy. I want to immerse readers in another time and place and for my stories to be gripping adventures. You should love my complex heroes and hate the twisted bad guys.
If you like the sound of that then check out; GODS OF BRONZE (my new historical fantasy series), THE IMMORTAL KNIGHT CHRONICLES (bestselling historical fantasy) and the GALACTIC ARENA series (smart military scifi).
Thanks for taking an interest in my stories. Follow me here on Amazon to keep up to date with releases.

- Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2019I really enjoy how the author brings to life his characters. The in depth research he puts into each novel, even the short story, is evident. Plus it was nice seeing some of the characters that had departed the main story line again. Excellent book!!!!

5.0 out of 5 stars A decent short read that fills in the gaps of the book series- of how John and Hugh came to join the Order of the White Dagger.

3.0 out of 5 stars A fantastic escapade
Picked up this book after listening to the authors YouTube vids. It was short but sweet and really hit the points. Sadly, It felt really rushed at the end and I would of liked a more bang in the head kind of ending. I mean this theme has so much potential. But hey it's a short story and no doubt a taster of what will come next so yes, I'm going too get the next book !!!
