Vicious Dynasty (Reign & Ruin Book 3) Kindle Edition
Hate is said to be disturbingly similar to love.
When it comes to him, I’m cursed to harbor both.
The specious spark that brought us together with an all-consuming obsession quickly became the catalyst of my undoing.
Shadows and darkness have filled the bittersweet years that saw us take two very different paths.
Judas Barron has become an intimate stranger.
He’s older now. Unpredictable. Heartlessly cruel.
So much more beautiful.
He isn’t the only one who changed.
The girl he once knew is gone, rotting beneath the wreckage of what he destroyed.
His influence and power have spread like the plague. With his position solidified he’s decided to make good on a promise he made and like the strike of a match, a hellish blaze consumes us once again.
This time, it's up to me to decide how this will end.
I can reign beside him, or make sure his dynasty is scattered among the ashes of our ruin.

Phenomenal ending to this awesome trilogy. This is the long awaited conclusion to Rhia and Judas’ story and it will have you obsessed to get to the end. I don’t want to say to much because I don’t want to ruin it but our favorite couple do finally get their HEA and the revenge that Rhia deserves. Everything finally falls into place and secrets are finally revealed.
If you have not yet started this series I highly recommend it. If you have then you are going to absolutely love the finale. These two were absolutely made for each other and the time apart between book 2 & 3 just made the tension between them all that more intense. It’s a rocky start between them at first but like I said they finally get that HEA!! This is an absolute must read series!!
- Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2024I feel like there are still a lot of missing pieces, and I'm never going to get the full story. I also feel like our fmc just kind of gave up and gave in without any reasoning or catalyst. Other than these issues I had, our characters are hot and heated a lot in this book and well developed. Quick and dirty read that was mostly enjoyable.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 14, 2022Finally!! All is right as Judas kept his promise and got his girl! I cannot express how much I love their story. This was the perfect conclusion to it and I cannot wait to read PIB and the other book in the this series.
Even though he can be a hard 🍑 he always does what’s right for Rhia and I can’t help but swoon. Yes it’s unconventional but it works.
I loved seeing her growth and become the woman Judas always knew she could be.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2022This was a great wrap up to the Rhi and Judas part of the story and I am very interested in seeing who is next. There were some grammar errors, extra words or incorrect words but the writing and story is so well done that it really doesn’t detract from reading or getting lost in the storylines. I really loved Judas hard he is such alpha cinnamon roll! Great job once again, Ms Bennett. You have a great talent.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 19, 2022We've waited a long time for this book and I could not wait to read this after finishing book two.
But for me this ended up being quite anticlimactic. The edginess and tension from the first two books was missing. After the way the first two books played out, book three set Rhiannon up to come out guns blazing and rising to become the queen she was meant to be. She didn't. Her character was insipid, flat, and just meh like the rest of the book. I kept waiting for the oomph to this conclusion, but it was just a lot of writing-in-circles and not much happened.
Like most of this author's book couples, it's a toxic relationship. Judas is a J/P alpha who controls, dictates and manipulates Rhiannon. She of course fronts like she's a strong woman with a mind of her own, but really she is just a fool for the H, eats up whatever he dishes out and falls into step for him. He holds all the cards although he makes her believe otherwise. Their lack of moral compass, cold-bloodedness and ego just made them sadistic, crappy people. I really liked this pairing in the earlier books but they ended up being the worst people in this. They also didn't need to be estranged for years to get to this ending.
P.S. There is a rather graphic sexually violent scene (not between the H and h) towards the end of the book which made me sick to my stomach. Please be aware of triggers.

I did receive an ARC and I am giving a review voluntarily. Opinions are my own.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 3, 2024The story/trilogy wrapped up pretty well, and it was great to see the journey of Judas and Rhiannon end in a better place. I love that he started true to the words given in book one!
I do have to say I was a bit distracted with the general grammar/conventions errors. I found myself rereading sentences to try to make sense of what was being said. Hence 4 stars.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2022The story kept my attention from start to finish. I look forward to finding out what will happen next.
The only thing I wished the author had done before launching the book was having an extra person read the book. There was several grammar and story line mistakes that annoyed me when reading.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 5, 2022Amazing. This is a great book with heavy steam and beautiful prose. Into the fire we go with the older Rhia and Judas. Meeting the Barrons is incredible. This couple steamed my kindle screen. Hottt and nasty. Just the way it should be. Great story.

2.0 out of 5 stars Doesn't work for me.
DNF @ 30%
I can't, I really tried but this series doesn't work for me. No progress is made, there's still no communication, only that "You're mine" statement. Are we only going somewhere? I don't have the patience to find out, sorry.

4.0 out of 5 stars Wrap up
I wanted a little more fight from Rhiannon before she accepted Judas and it wrapped up pretty quickly. But the trilogy was a good read overall..
