    I loved it! I really love how Carter is the bad guy in each book. Keep him bad so he can be really stomped on, the sleaze bag ... then his contract can be bought out by a Japanese team and some gorgeous girl there can tame that bad boy.

    Meanwhile this book was so sweet. Just when I have read ten other terrible romance books with the main characters being so mean to each other, they never heard of going out on dates and getting to know you activities, and sex was how much could they torture each other - instead you gave us here what I want to read in a romance a lot of the time. Such a relief. Thank you.

    Safe and steamy sports story where the H is not a playboy or womanizing manho. How refreshing.
    I love romance stories with baseball players and it's so hard to find them without having to read about the men being, as Reagan said, a walking STD.
    I thought the story was good. H/h were both interested in each other from the beginning. I wouldn't call it insta-love but close. The h jumped to conclusions about something towards the end but honestly, if I was in that same situation and what happened to her, happened to me, I think I'd jump too. The H chased after her, of course. He wasn't going to let her ruin them because of a misunderstanding.
    -dual virgins (H was in a 4 year relationship with OW whom he was also engaged to. No talk about if he loved her or not. I was also under the impression that he did other things with OW, just not the full act of bedroom gymnastics. The h was cheated on by a fellow teammate of H's who was a MW but they never had bedroom gymnastics)

    -epilogues at 1 month & 10 years
    Quick story. Perfect for a lunchtime read.

    This was an enjoyable story. I liked both Reagan and Jackie. Reagan was a great guy who jumped at the chance to score his dream woman the moment his teammate screwed up. They had an undeniable connection, I didn’t fault Jackie for being frustrated. Reagan was a little embarrassed to admit why he was waiting but once the truth came out there was no stopping them. Of course Carter was his typical jerk self. I really hope he gets what’s coming too him soon.

    Completely safe. h was dating H’s teammate but dumped him in front of everyone because he cheated on her. They were never intimate. Teammate pushes an almost naked woman onto H’s lap to make it look like he is cheating, h walks in and this causes some drama. Both are virgins. No abuse.
    The drama part bothered me a bit because being a big fan of baseball I know they don’t just let anyone into the clubhouse. So there would never be a groupie covered only in shaving cream running around right after a game.

While I enjoyed this book, I had to remove one star for all the unnecessary typos, as they did detract from the story. I truly wish authors would use proofreaders.
