    I just had to binge right into this book so I waited until I was done with both today to do the reviews. I loved the exciting showdown with the magical but evil side of Alice’s family and as always, something I love about this author’s books, good heavily triumphs over bad and basically stomps on it for good measure, lol. This was a great wrap-up to the little series and now I hope Alice appears again in some of the author’s other books like she did in Women Sleuth Murder Club. She needs to bring Preston with her though!

    Great second book in the Witch's creek series. Who will win the war for the many ages old journal and the power over Witch's Creek? Will Alice and Preston live happily ever after or will Alice become trapped in another realm? Good story, faced paced and quick read. I received a free book and voluntarily provided this review.
