We All Fall Down: A Chilling Gothic Crime Thriller (An O'Malley & Swift Crime Thriller Book 3) Kindle Edition
When a young woman falls ill and dies after a night out, her friends blame a cloaked figure that had been stalking them in the streets. A masked face with hooked beak, immediately recognisable as a Plague Doctor.
Annie O’Malley is back in action with her broken ankle in plaster and a need to stay busy. DI Swift has been looking after her and they’re getting on each others’ nerves.
When a second body is found and the two deaths are linked to the Bubonic Plague, O’Malley and Swift find themselves on a hunt for one of the most deadliest killers known to humankind.
Book 3 in the series that Alex Smith called 'Blisteringly Exciting'.

- Reviewed in the United States on May 30, 2023I really like O’Malley and Swift along with the MCU team. This latest installment was quite scary and the team, one again, wins out. The story is well written and the plot grips you from the very beginning. I look forward to book four. Enjoy!
- Reviewed in the United States on January 6, 2022I Really enjoyed this book. It hooked me from the first chapter. I had to know what happened next and who and why they were doing it. I will need to check out this authors other books. I highly recommend reading this book.

3.0 out of 5 stars Rare case of a not very nice main character...
First and foremost...a nice enough read, escpecially with the gothic twist, but...
The author again and again manages to paint the main character ,Annie, as a stubborn, not really intelligent, slightly feministic, very boring and conservative crazy-cat-lady type...without the cat, unfortunately...and rather bossy at unfortunate times. It seems, the author doesn't really know where to, maybe that's the reason for the inconsistency.
Absolutely annoying are the references to Corona in the same sentences the REALLY deadly dangerous illness that is described in the book.
It's quite clear, who the perp would be, from a very early moment on, although it's also nice to read the build-up towards the inevitable.
I'll give it another try though, since it's not all bad.

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy enjoyable read
I am enjoying this series, the characters are great, love the chemistry between Joe and Annie, the the team and the story lines certainly keep you guessing. I've only given 4 stars as at times the books are a little far fetched

5.0 out of 5 stars OUTSTANDING!
Wow this series so far has been unbelievable so additive, impossible to stop until you reach the end. This is such a masterpiece of skilful writing, such a unique story a huge credit to K.T. Galloway. We start out with a regular girls night out which very quickly turns into an agonising death of a young girl following a mysterious man dressed in black. With Annie still recovering from her last case, she's back with the team to track down their murder suspect before any other victims. Beautifully paced, fabulous characters and an ending you will not see coming. Sadly I understand book 4 will not be available until mid 2023, so any new readers give the series a go, you WON'T be disappointed, 'till next year. BP Sheffield x
