    This book was amazing. From the beginning I was hooked. I could not put it down. Bethany has spunk and Matthew is charming as he is gorgeous. And they dont let secrets get in the way. They are there for each other. No matter what. I truly loved watching their journey unfold.

    If vampires are your thing, and you're looking for a quick read, then Whiskey & Orange Slices might be the book for you. Since it's a novella, it's pretty fast-paced. You get introduced to the main characters promptly, and the plot doesn't slow down from there. I think this would have been even better as a full-length novel, where Edwards could have fleshed out this vampire society, and the readers could have gotten more character development from the main characters. But overall, this was a fun read!
