Jennifer makes her home in small-town Iowa with her high school sweetheart, three beautiful, hilarious, and amazing kids, and one crazy Jack Russell terrier.     The book starts in an interesting way that I didn't expect Brody shows up drunk at his ex-girlfriend's wedding reception. Katie is a bridesmaid in the wedding. It's definitely different than what I expected but then we finally get into Brody & Katie in the following chapters. They knew each other in high school but even though Katie had a crush on Brody nothing happened. She's back in town now and Brody is totally interested. Sparks fly at their first true meeting and I couldn't wait for it to be explored. Brody is a gorgeous, sexy, sweet, confident, caring guy who is just perfect and yes I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop because he is so dang perfect. Katie is great as well. I love them together and watching them explore each other. They do face challenges but I love the effort they both put into everything and how real it feels. Of course there is drama and twist but they handled it all so well and of course we get our happily ever after. I just loved this book and once I got started I couldn't put it down.

    I'm definitely hoping we get books for Brody's two best friends that we were introduced too.

    The book has an interesting start, with Brody crashing his ex’s wedding reception. It is where he reconnects with Katie, a friend from high school.

    I wasn’t quite sure why he wanted to crash her wedding when they had been over for a while, but it added to the story. And introduced his crazy ex.

    There is some drama, but nothing over the top. They have a sweet relationship that ends in an HEA.

    I absolutely adore Without You. It was such a sweet friends to lover small town romance. Jennifer Van Wyk has a way of writing some of the best hero’s and Brody is no different. He is so swoon worthy, the way he treats Katie as she is so precious, but is definitely still so masculine. The playfulness between Brody and Katie is great. I love the storyline it keep me entertained and captured through the whole book. It had me smiling and laughing, and melting over the ending.     Good read as always. Love how the relationship progressed and the flashbacks to high school that showed how close they have always been even though they didnt realize it.

    The blurb is a little misleading. The part about her picking between the H and a celebrity is such a small part of the story that it in the blurb makes it seem like that's what the whole story will focus around and it isnt even really a choice since the h is dedicated to the H the whole time.

    But besides that I really enjoyed the story. It's a quick easy read.

    Lovely little story with endearing characters. Brody and Katie were great together and I enjoyed their journey, but I found the addition of the Chase plot, a little pointless. I personally felt that it added nothing to the overall story
