    Contains subject matter that may be a trigger or offensive to some including adult language, references to adult intimate scenes (only one scene with any detail) and violence - lots of violence. Very dark themes that include murder, torture, revenge, betrayal, rape, kidnapping / abduction, human trafficking of females of all ages, Russian mafia (running guns, prostitution, drugs, et al), etc.

    There are grammatical issues throughout the story, but since I could interpret them easily, I didn’t feel the need to reduce the rating.

    I don’t want to accidentally provide any spoilers or twists that are contained within the story, so I will keep my comments brief. I waffled on the rating because I don’t really consider this a romance story, although love is the foundation of the story. There is the love of a father for a daughter that he wasn’t really there for during her childhood, as well as the love of a husband for a wife.

    While Wraith is the title character, there are multiple POVs that include most of the characters written within the story, from the President of the MC, the new President of the MC, the bartender at the main MC club, the head of the local Russian mob (Petrov), Wraith, etc.

    The various POVs is what makes it different. It walks through the challenges Wraith faces, those that he interacts with on his quest to find who was involved with his daughter’s abduction and death. Therefore, it is like reading a shortened version of a series all in one.

    If you like an action packed story that may or may not have darker themes, focuses more on the storyline than just intimate scenes bound together with a little bit of background, then I can recommended this one.

    This is my first time reading this author and I have to say that she did a really good job with this story. I was a little hesitant at first, because I'm not much into torture and definitely not rape, but the way Kathleen wrote this story, it makes you want to keep turning the page to see what happens next. There were some twists and turns throughout, but amazingly Wraith pretty well redeems himself and you better understand why he did what he did, and I for one am glad for guys like him. Happy reading.

    Told in multiple POVs, Wraith is an action packed novel filled with twists and turns, deceit, and suspense. I feel like this book is much less a romance novel and more suspense with a sprinkle of romance. Perhaps in the next book we will see more romance, this time between Wraith and Suzannah? Wraith centers around Jamison Felder aka Wraith, a man of many names. He swears to bring down The Harbingers of Death MC as he believes they are responsible for the death of his daughter.

    The dynamic between all the characters and side characters are good. I am leaving 4 stars because I noticed a few spelling and/or grammar mistakes. Great story otherwise!!

    Twists, turns and surprises await you throughout the pages of this book. Some of the surprises you may not see coming, where as others you will. Some are large and some are small. All hold equal importance within the book.
    Emotions that the characters go through can be felt, I went through the emotions along with them. I cried more than they did.

    Wraith trained by the government but working for himself to find the people who stole his daughter. Following lead after lead and destroying nearly everyone that stands in his way. Wraith is not a good man but he has his own morals sketchy that they might be. His only goal was to find his daughter and He has to do it twice. This was quite dark but really enjoyed it Hoping for no 2.
