Tylendel: I've served two dragon Kings prior to Kendrick, but he is by far the youngest King I've ever served before. A baby by our standards, to be honest. However, he intrigues me and seems to know exactly what he expects from us. Getting used to his wolves will be another thing I'll have to adjust to. History is being made and I'm looking forward to seeing all the changes. However, I do have one concern. WIth Kendrick being half-wolf, will he force me to release Giorgio? I may have taken the younger wolf as my prize, but I don't ever want to let him go

Kendrick: The night of the full moon is approaching and I'm still butting heads with my Mate-To-Be. Elliot is as stubborn as a mule and as aggressive as a bull. Two personality traits I'm finding myself drawn to. Can two Alpha males even make a relationship work, or did fate just play a cruel prank on us? I guess we'll find out, that is if we can be in the same room and not get into a fight.

Theoden: Having to serve two kings comes with its own unique obligations. Nothing I don't think I can't handle, but being a dragon Knight, comes with its own issues that I wasn't prepared for. Not to mention both of my kings are putting my allegiance to the test. Keeping Kendrick and Ara in an alliance will be my biggest challenge.

    Nicholas Bella is one of my ‘must buy’ authors because the worlds that he creates with his pen are simply amazing.

    I absolutely loved that Elliot wasn’t afraid to stand up for himself, and that by doing so, he actually helped Kendrick learn to be a better dragon king. I’m excited to see what happens with the new houses, and new children that will result.

    One thing that I wished we had more of is seeing Dante discipline Dominic. I thought that part of the story felt a bit rushed.

    I love these stories and I'm so glad to see them continue. This was a very satisfying read and got us caught up on all of my favourites with a few surprising developments thrown in. I might even be starting to like Kendrick, though I'm not sure yet. I'll have to read the next book. For anyone who read and enjoyed the prior Odin Chronicles and New Haven series this is a must read that is just as sexy. For everyone else, go read them if you think you might enjoy a super sexy story about men who are vampires, dragons, and werewolves and what they get up to in their world.

    Okay, I have not given a review in a while for this author. But this is like a home-coming party. Oh, my god, back to the lads and Nicholas Bella's signature down and dirty, nitty gritty story-telling! Yes, yes, Kendrick is fairly new, of course, and quite a lot of the story dwells on him much to my initial dismay, however I became drawn into it, thank you, very much.
    'You will Crave Me' was nothing like I expected. It suggested to me more desperation, more resistance and coercion for the characters to get onboard, or else, which there was some of, but after I'd thought about it more deeply than just getting jazzed by the hotness, I realised there was a plethora of craving going on. Elliot for Kendrick and Kendrick for Elliot, even if there was a lot of power play.
    And then there was the beautiful connection between other dragons and their wolves. Haha, yes you’ll have to read it to know who they are because I’m not going to say *wink, wink, nudge, nudge*.
    My most favourite part, where I was both hot and bothered, and let rip with chuckles was with Theodan. OMG, his life has become so much more than expected, and I’m not sure he was prepared for it, even if it was hoped for. This section of the story was my favourite. I will so read it again and again.
    However, drawing near the end, was where the story lost kudos for me. I didn’t initially like Dante’s character, but then came around to him because of the Josef dynamic and the loyalty and love exhibited. But… the punishment scenario in this episode tore it to pieces for me. I would have given this a five star, but I just couldn’t. Dante took that one step too far for me to be on board with him anymore.
    Honestly, I could wish that this world didn't have any women in it at all and then the difference in treatment and the tokenism wouldn't seem so blatantly obvious.

    Longtime fan who owns 21 of Mr. Bella’s books (on Kindle), I counted. I waited two (2) long years for this book in the series, only to find there was no continuity/flow-through or follow-up to several main characters such as the details of Dante’s mating, which should’ve been a major story. Instead the focus was on the new king Kendrick, and so other main characters were overlooked.

    There was no real mention or continuity about Deacon including a few other characters that were overlooked; there was only a minor mention about Deacon via Elliot. The entire book just seemed like a rush-job to complete the series, and so this book is truly lacking in many ways.

    Opening statement thanked the editor, but there were major grammatical errors where a few sentences were difficult to understand. Yes, the entire book just seemed like a rush-job.

    Maybe Mr. Bella has had a few bad years, haven’t we all, as we are all dealing with so many life changing events and demands due to the pandemic.

    Hopefully, Mr. Bella’s greatest work is in process, as I do hope for future books from this author such as Hexon’s story, developing details about Donovan’s newly sired child, missed opportunity about the details of Dante’s mating, and maybe even Théoden being humbled by finding his mate now that he has a partially (almost) empty nest, just to name a few ideas for potential character developments.

    Yes, disappointed with this book in the series that has been cited as a "final" in the series (hopefully not), but still trying to be a fan.
