You & Me (Together Duet #2) by Melody Eve is a billionaire, contemporary romance with elements of mystery and suspense. It is narrated in first person, dual POV.

This book picks up where the previous one ended. Now that Roman and Aria have returned home from Cancun, Aria wants to get back to normal life. She's ready to start over, get back to working at her bookstore and living in her own apartment. Roman wants Aria to stay with him indefinitely. He plans to marry her, and although he knows she isn't quite there yet, he hopes that will soon change. Roman is reluctant to let Aria leave his sight - especially since it has become apparent that somebody has been stalking her.

Will Roman's controlling behavior push Aria away for good? Will her need for independence drive her right into the face of danger? Who is the stalker? And why are they tormenting Aria? Read the book to find out.

I enjoyed the conclusion to Aria and Roman's story. It was great to read chapters from Roman's point of view, and although he still came across as overbearing, it helped him not seem as creepy as he did in book one. The story was entertaining, twisty, and suspenseful. I highly enjoyed it.

Worth the wait! From the first page, I was drawn back into Roman & Aria’s world. The journey wasn’t easy with the twists & turns, but it was so worth taking. A great conclusion to Roman & Aria’s story!

Roman is my dream book boyfriend with his protective ways. Roman did what he had to protect Aria & his family. Aria is a perfect heroine and stronger than she gave herself credit for! Aria & Roman were perfect for each other.

The suspense! Oh the suspense! I wanted so badly to jump ahead and find out who & why! I didn’t look ahead and I’m glad I didn’t.

I’m blown away that is only Melody Eve’s second book. I can’t wait to see what else she comes up with next.

    I voluntarily reviewed this book.

What a captivating couple. As Aria needs to heal, Roman takes her to his home where she gets to meet his mother and sister. I love that Aria is a strong, independent woman which gives Roman a run for his money. He carries so much guilt for the death of his first wife which drives him to protect those he loves. Of course, this can be suffocating to those he loves even if he means well. Add in a mystery stalked for Aria and this is a great push-pull between the two of them as she pushes against his controlling ways to assert her independence. Will Roman ruin this relationship by not being able to bend? Will the stalker get to Aria? Will Aria find a balance with Roman’s controlling ways? I love the passion and intensity between these two which balanced well with the mystery.

Melody Eve has made a fantastic debut as an author with her Together Duet.
I enjoyed getting inside Roman's head in this story and finding out why he has his need to control things and how he had been keeping an eye on Aria for so long.
All the way through until the reveal, I was guessing and second-guessing who was stalking Aria. I think I went through moments where I thought it was each of the other characters and I was still blown away with the reveal.
I also loved that Aria fell for Roman just as hard as he did even though he had fallen for her long before she even knew who he was.
It was also great to see more of his mother and sister.
I am so grateful that I won a giveaway of You and I and then Melody generously offered an advanced copy of You and Me.

This was a great follow up to the first book in the duet. I felt like we got to know the characters better. It was a satisfying end.

It’s Tyrion not Tarion. I’m a huge GoT fan, so if someone butchers the character’s name, it makes me unhappy. This book has a lot of errors and inconsistencies. I did like Roman’s POV.

Book #2 in the Together Duet was absolutely perfect in every way.

You get to see all there is to Roman and how he handles everyday life.

You see how much Aria finds out about herself as well. And how relying on someone else isn't always a bad thing.

When someone starts threatening their HEA how will the two handle all the stress and pressure being put on them?

Will the two survive all they're being put through to make it workout? Or will they crumble?

Be sure to check it out!!

This was a solid 3.5 Star read. It’s had some character development but not fully.

We finally get Roman’s POV which I think would of made a diff in the first book. This helps explain a lot things, mainly his control issues. Which are a bit exaggerated but this is fiction so there’s that.

The stalker story was good, I actually enjoyed that, it was thrilling trying to figure out who it was. There were sooooo many possibilities. At the end it was a letdown. Sure it was someone I wasn’t expecting but to me it was less believable than other outcomes in my head.

I liked Leeza in the first book, not so much in the second. Both her and her mom became borderline alcoholics without any proper explanation or reason to.

Chemistry between Aria and Roman was strong. Those steamy scenes were definitely good. Although I’m still not a fan of Roman’s controlling ways, and how easily Aria bowed down to him sometimes. I like my women super feisty. But that’s just me.

I did get my HEA so that’s good. It’s nice seeing a story way ahead as well. Although if the author would of wanted to expand and make a series with some characters she kinda botched it by giving them theirs too.

All in all, it was an easy read that gave me my HEA. Unfortunately Roman will not be added to my book boyfriend dungeon. Sorry.
