Zombie D.O.A. Series Four: Series Four of the Epic Post Apocalyptic Zombie Saga Kindle Edition
This collection includes all FOUR books in the Zombie D.O.A. Series Four. Save over 60% versus buying the individual books!
Includes The Dead Shall Rise Again, Dead Things, Kill The Dead and The Dead, The Damned & The Dying.
Zombie D.O.A. Series Four continues the adventures of Chris Collins, a former professional boxer, struggling to survive in a world thrown into chaos by a zombie apocalypse.
Chris thought that the fortified camp of Manhattan would be a safe haven for him and his family, and it was, for a time. But in California, in New Jersey, in Manhattan itself, there are forces at work that are about to throw Chris's life into chaos once more.
First there are the ruthless politicians running Manhattan, willing to trade human lives for votes in an ambitious scheme to claim back zombie-infested territories. Then there's the Pendragon Corporation, determined to take control of New York by any means possible. And then there's Marin Scolfield, a psychopathic scientist with the power to control the Zs and a burning obsession to create an army of sentient, hyper-aggressive zombies.
Throw in a huge supporting cast of cannibalistic bikers, trigger happy soldiers, bizarre "zombstrosities," a double-dealing doctor, a beautiful but duplicitous Corporation agent and a half-Z military commander, and you have all the ingredients for a heart-pounding, chill-a-minute, post-apocalyptic thrill ride.
Follow Chris Collins from the fighting cages of New Jersey to the frozen expanses of Staten Island, to the zombie infested "Wastelands" to a final showdown amongst the ruins of Manhattan, on an adventure that will keep you glued to your Kindle late into the night.

An Interview With The Author
Q - What makes the Zombie D.O.A series so special?
A - A number of things. When I started writing this series, I set out to create the kind of books I enjoy reading. I love post-apocalyptic fiction like Stephen King's "The Stand" and Robert McCammon's "Swan Song" and, of course, "The Walking Dead," so I wanted to create something on the massive scale of those horror classics. However, I wanted the story to work on a smaller scale too, really getting into the hearts and minds of the characters.
Judging by the feedback from readers, the series works on both those levels. Yes, it's scary zombie post apocalyptic fiction, zombie survival fiction, zombie thriller. But it's also about realistic characters who the reader can root for (or despise, as the case may be).
Overall, the Zombie D.O.A. series is fast-paced, kickass and scary. It's a real page turner with plenty of twists and turns that will keep you reading late into the night.
Q - There are lots of zombie books out there, why should readers give these books a try?
A - Once again, I can only pass on what my loyal readers have said. I was deeply flattered to hear the series described as, "as good as The Walking Dead," "the best zombie series out there," and "impossible to put down." Other readers have commented on the breakneck pace, unique plot twists and unforgettable characters."
All in all, the series is fast paced, scary and, in parts, deeply moving. If you enjoy post apocalyptic fiction told on a massive scale, with larger than life characters and lots of unexpected plot twists, you'll enjoy this...period.

About the author

One day the world will end. Someone has to tell the story, right?
JJ Zep is a musician and author who describes himself as a vegetarian, horror-and-fantasy-fiction-loving heretic and a citizen of nowhere.
His twisted post-apocalyptic tales will frighten, enthrall and entertain you. They'll creep you out and make you laugh and maybe even get you to shed a tear or two.
You'll find heart-stopping action and gore a plenty, if that's your thing. But you'll also find humanity, heroes and heart. After all, stories (even one's about the end of the world) are ultimately about people.
JJ Zep lives in the south of France with his wife, two dogs and three cats.

- Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2014A very good write.. From the start to the end it had a good feel about it.. Try it I'm sure you'll agree... Have to agree the typos were a pain....
- Reviewed in the United States on July 21, 2018Absolutely brilliant Zombie series. I am on to the last part of this series. I hate to see it end. But everything grand must come to an end. I have enclosed a smidgen of the authors words so you can get an idea of his writing he is right there with the best of them.
"Benson woke from a dream in which he had been walking
through a forest with trees make of human limb. where the
path was constructed of powdered bone and blood ran in the streams
and dripped from the leaves".
- Reviewed in the United States on July 11, 2013This is an author that I've never read, there were no reviews on this book yet. Still I thought I would give it a shot. I give it 3.5 stars, possibly 4, but the sample wasn't long enough to get a feel for it. There are some typos which I find irritating, but it seemed written well enough, not like some of the other zombie books out there that seem to be written by a second grader. What little of the plot I read seemed interesting, something different from what I've read in the past. A cross between fight club/zombie novel/ judge dredd. This may very well be a great series, but again the sample wasn't long enough for me to decide to spend the money. If I can't find something else I may come back and try it, I mean less than $5 you can't go too wrong.
