    Another fast-paced action thriller from Rob Jones, author of the action packed Joe Hawke series.
    The team in the new Avalon series have great chemistry and are well crafted characters. Even their aircraft has its own personality and is an integral part of the team.
    In typical Rob Jones style, the action starts early in the piece and never lets up – a real page turner.
    A very nice twist near the end took me by surprise (that doesn’t happen to me very often) and rounded off a very well written action story.
    I can’t wait to read the next in the Avalon series!

    If Hunt for Shambhala hooked me, then Treasure of Babylon reeled me in. Another great action-packed, continent-hopping thrill ride, with Mitch, Selena and company hot on the quest for the Ark of the Covenant, along with a dastardly villain with his own insane agenda. Think Indiana Jones meets James Rollins meets Clive Cussler. There are a few minor typos, that in no way detract from the reading, so the five-star stands. (In my own work, I proofread till my eyes go buggy!) This is quickly becoming one of my favorite series, and I'm looking forward to the next installment.

    Recipe for this book: Protagonists blindly wander into situations, drop their weapons, have the women held at gunpoint, then impossibly escape. Repeat four or five times with an interlude of a slow flying boat between captures, and you find the Treasure of Babylon.

    This is another fantastic read by Rob featuring the team from Avalon, some strong characters with great chemistry and nice to see them being developed. The action as with many of Robs books starts at the beginning and rarely stops until the end where there was an interesting twist ill say no more.
