Bray, Kean, and Ruari try to figure out where they each fit as sparks fly, tempers rise, and a stubborn beta and an equally sassy omega prove to be more than a match for a slightly arrogant alpha. Meanwhile, they and their fellow pack members have to take a stand against a rising threat to the pack. When trouble comes, the pack fights back, but it will come at a cost.

Alpha’s Pride is an MMM mpreg romance and the fourth book in the continuing Irresistible Omegas series. All books need to be read in order and are not stand alones. The love story between Bray, Kean, and Ruari ends on a soft cliffhanger in this book and will continue in the next book.

The short? You got it.

I write steamy gay romance books and I love it. I also love reading books. Books are everything.

How was that?

A little more detail? Gotcha.

I started writing my first stories when I was a teen…on a freaking typewriter. I still have these, and they’re adorably romantic. And bad, haha. Fear of failing kept me from following my dream to become a romance author, so you can imagine how proud and ecstatic I am that I finally overcame my fears and self doubt and did it. I adore my genre because I love writing and reading about flawed, strong men who are just a tad broken..but find their happy ever after anyway.

My favorite books to read are pretty much all MM/gay romances as long as they have a happy end. Kink is a plus… Aside from that, I also read a lot of nonfiction and not just books on writing. Popular psychology is a favorite topic of mine and so are self help and sociology.

Hobbies? Ain’t nobody got time for that. Just kidding. I love traveling, spending time near the ocean, and hiking. But I love books more.

    Man I love this series! I bought this book 6pm EST and now at 1am I’m finished! I couldn’t put it down, that’s how good this next chapter in the series is. The book is focused on the budding relationship of Bray (Alpha), Kean (Beta) and Ruari (Omega). Bray is the catalyst to the Triad, Ruari and Kean both have separate interactions with Bray and it ultimately leads to them all meeting once again and the excitement begins. The trio was super cute and we’re perfection. You’ve got a bit of intrigue, romance, some angst, some action when there’s a threat to the Hayes pack, and of course have to add in a bit of steamy sexy times that Nora is great at. You also have some updates to the various characters from the series, Grayson, Lars and Sven and of course my favorite foursome Lidon, Enar, Palani and Vieno and oh the sadness but yet the awesomeness of Vieno, I was shouting at the awesomeness!!

    There were great emotional moments from this book, it definitely goes to show, that communication is key and a lot of the main characters need to work on this, silly men 😁

    Overall an awesome addition to the series and I can’t wait for the next book, because Bray, Ruari and Kean are just starting their tale.

    Kean and Bray have a mutual understanding. They have sex because it’s convenient. Kean knows he has some sort of connection to the alpha, just not sure what it is. But when the omega Ruari come to the ranch with his son he develops feelings for him too. When they are threatened by fanatics wanting the son of the alpha, they learn that they are best when they work together.

    Not really saying a lot here because I don’t want to give any spoilers. I will say that Bray isn’t really the spoiled child that I thought he was. The men obviously belong together so that’s a given. The new information on the Melloni gene is pivotal to the story. I would of liked their tale to be more complete, but the author felt these guys still had to much to say, so HFN is ok.

I think the amount of information vs relationship development was more evenly spaced in this book. I also am glad that Bray, Kean, and Ruari got more on page time than the grouping in the last book. It allowed me to enjoy the exchange of viewpoints much more.

    Alpha's Pride is book four in the Irresistible Omegas series. This particular story focuses on Bray (Alpha), Kean (Beta), and Ruari (Omega). Ruari finds himself in need of a safe haven for him and his son after running from his abusive father. He begins a relationship with Keane to then discover Bray, the father of his son, is at the ranch as well. The three of them all have specific things they are or are not looking for. They slowly realize however that what they need is each other.

    This story has been my favorite so far. Not only do we get to know the new trio better, but we also keep up with the previous groupings as well. This story also progressed the collective plot of the series better thanthe previous ones. It was a page turner and I could barely put it down. There are also quite a bit of emotions and tugging on heartstrings.

    I definitely recommend reading however not without reading the others.

    I love this series.
    If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.
    The overall storyline regarding the Melloni gene and all its complications continues to move on and we also move on to another romantic drama. In this case a potential trio.
    Took a while to warm up to Bray, most of the book actually, but where that would normally put me off, because there were so many other things going on, I didn't find it too much of a problem. I think the only thing I would have liked to have known is where the attitude came from as I don't believe it was one he would have picked up from his dad, Grayson. Kean I liked. But then he is Palani's bro', who is and shall remain my favourite character. New omega Ruari seamlessly joins the pack, not realising how involved he already was with them (although certain parts weren't too difficult to guess).
    There are still things going in the romantic lives of the established mates and I love the strong connection that remains with those characters and that they are consistently part of the story arc.
    With action and drama wrapping the story up, as well as another possible romance on the cards, I am very much looking forward to the continuing story in the next one.
    A highly recommended series that ticks all the boxes.
