    This is one of my Favorite series by Lynnea Lee. Her world building is wonderful and her characters have chemistry and their is just enough adventure/danger and passion for it to be an excellent before bed read. We are still aboard Ulrek's ship from the last book. Ckzarr has serious who is a Tallean Warrior and is the ships weapons expert is very attracted to Roxy the human female who loves a good fight right along side him. They have tested compatibility before but Roxy doesn't believe that Ckzarr is really into her so she pulls away. What she doesn't realize is that he's a bit socially awkward around her because he does like her. Send on a mission that goes horribly wrong they have to survive alien bounty hunters and pirates. As they evade the enemy their relationship grows stronger. You need to read and find out is love and passion win the day or do bounty hunters and pirates spoil a love fated to be!
