The short? You got it.

I write steamy gay romance books and I love it. I also love reading books. Books are everything.

How was that?

A little more detail? Gotcha.

I started writing my first stories when I was a teen…on a freaking typewriter. I still have these, and they’re adorably romantic. And bad, haha. Fear of failing kept me from following my dream to become a romance author, so you can imagine how proud and ecstatic I am that I finally overcame my fears and self doubt and did it. I adore my genre because I love writing and reading about flawed, strong men who are just a tad broken..but find their happy ever after anyway.

My favorite books to read are pretty much all MM/gay romances as long as they have a happy end. Kink is a plus… Aside from that, I also read a lot of nonfiction and not just books on writing. Popular psychology is a favorite topic of mine and so are self help and sociology.

Hobbies? Ain’t nobody got time for that. Just kidding. I love traveling, spending time near the ocean, and hiking. But I love books more.

As was the case in books 1 and 2, book 3 continues the story of the birth of a pack, complete with a plot and explanation of the dynamics of a wolf pack. The main characters are the red line in the story and the side characters develop within that emerging pack; this episode told the story of an older alpha father of two sons, who becomes a Daddy to two abandoned adolescent beta and omega brothers. He takes their care upon him and nurses them back to mental peace of mind. In the meantime, omega vieno gets pregnant and in the end of this story, gives birth to alpha lidon’s alpha baby, heir of the pack. Ok, that’s it in a nutshell. I’m off to go and listen to John Solo narrate in his sensual voices, the next book in the series. ❤️

    Beta's Surrender is the third book in the Irresistible Omegas series. This story concentrates on three different characters from the previous books. Grayson is an alpha author who has three grown children. Lars is Enar's blood brother who has been abused and is angry at the world. Sven is Enar's adopted brother who has been equally abused and just wants do stay with his lover Lars.
    The relationship with these three had a Daddy dinamic to it. Not really my Style usually but this was tastefully written. It definitely worked.
    However I'm still caught up a little by the repetitiveness in some places and how this little 100m for expansion of the actual connective plot. Yes we make progress in finding out about the gene and the elections and such but its slow going. By the end there are as many questions as answers.
    This book still had the foursome from the previous story in it as well, checking in with them as things went on.
    Overall worth it but I Really do want to see more expansion on what's going on with the gene and behind the scenes of the plot.

    Grayson came to the Hayes pack accidentally. He certainly wasn't planning on taking on the sweet omega Sven and his not so sweet brother Lars.

    Sven carries the gene that makes his heats more intense. Lars has tried his best to take care of his brother (not related by blood), deeply in love with him and very protective. He knows he has to accept the alpha intruder for Sven’s wellbeing. He just doesn't have to like it. Grayson is up to the task of taking on both men.

    Sven isn't an issue. He's very sweet, anxious to please his alpha. He needs to be with his brother to be complete but the gene that controls his life makes Grayson an imperative also.
    Lars thinks that Grayson will take Sven away from him and acts accordingly. Being a bratty pain in the butt to the whole pack.

    Grayson figures out what both men need, him as a daddy. Sven falls right in to the roll, Lars not so much.

    I devoured this book. Lars was enough of a pain that I just wanted to slap him upside the head occasionally. His redemption came from allowing his daddy to show both of his boys the love they so desperately needed.

    The ongoing investigation into the gene and the ramifications it had to the original four of the Hayes pack fueled this book. I liked the continuing mystery and watching the pack grow. It's very easy to get invested in these men and their stories. The ending of the book has a most welcome surprise. I love mpreg books and this one was wonderful.

    I was not crazy about Grayson's attitude initially at the beginning of the story. However about halfway through the book the dynamic between Grayson and Lars got so good that I have reread it multiple times.

    Unfortunately this content of this book is only about 50% focused on Grayson, Lars, and Sven. The other 50% is spent on the foursome introduced in previous books which is very disappointing. I think this is why it took half the book for Grayson to get in a good dynamic with Sven and Lars. If the author wanted to spend that much time on author relationship it should of had it's own book. The way it was written took away from Grayson, Lars, and Sven.

    When the author did focus on this trio Sven got the short end of the stick. He got few memorable scenes compared to Lars/Grayson. As much as I loved seeing Lars character development in this book and will be rereading some parts again because of how much I enjoyed it, I will not be reading any more books in this series. This book had so much potential but was ultimately a disappointment.

    This series is amazing. It’s a fully-realized, comprehensive A/B/O society with rich details covering social injustices for omegas to corruption in the police force/gov’t to the slow return to the old (shifter) ways. This book focuses on the threesome of Grayson, Lars, & Sven, and their Daddy/boy relationship and how that evolves, but the original foursome of Lidon, Enar, Palani, & Vieno have a strong presence throughout the book as well.

    NP does an exemplary job with the couplings. I’m not always on board with threesomes, let alone more, but she does a fantastic job with these relationships, and I feel that each person gets what he needs/wants and then some. Not to mention how sexy they are...Oh my. I also love that betas get a seat at the table, too, as often, they get relegated to the background. Palani is definitely one of my favorites and his prominent role is refreshing.

    These books have to be read in order. I love how this one ended and am super impatient for the next one. I also love the hints of possible future pairings (Bray/Kean and Maz/Sando...??) The writing and editing are spot on. I don’t know how many are planned for the series, but I hope it doesn’t end for a long while- this world is so interesting, and the ending of this one? Awesome.

    I am really enjoying this series.
    An excellent combination of romance, thriller, diverse characters and a very strong storyline.
    This one focused on Grayson, Sven and Lars but didn't wander too far away from my favourite Palani and his mates. There was an awful lot going on with them but I'm not going to leave any spoilers except to say it was riveting. The plot thickens in regard to the conspiracy and their relationships are throwing up some surprising results.
    I'm not too keen usually on the whole Daddy scene but between this new threesome it works, and I thought it was really well done. Both Sven and Lars have had bad experiences and Grayson was perfect for them, even if it took a while for one of them in particular, to realise it.
    New characters have been added also and I think they too will become integral to the story.
    The only problem I have? Waiting for the next one.
    Highly recommended.

    inally the eagerly awaited sequel to the "Irresistible Omegas" series. This book is the fifth installment of the series and the second part of the story of Bray, Kean and Ruari. And it is certainly fantastic. Watching Bray as he evolves, how he and his mates become really united is very moving but also sometimes very funny. Especially if Baby Jax is involved.
    The pack too, makes some very big steps, unforeseen events, concerning Shifter's attributes. Nora Phoenox has created a unique, fascinating world that immediately captivates you.

    Wow okay so first of all this series is completely engaging, it's literally taken over my every spare minute. These books are very much intertwined and that's amazing. I hadn't felt we'd heard everything from the main characters of the first two books so I was glad that they were included in this book just as much. That being said it was also great to get to know another couple (throuple) or relationship within the Pack and I was really happy with how the author wrote about the kink aspect of this book. Overall another fantastic book. On to the next one I go.
