    Loved learning more about Serena. It took a lot for her to do what she did, and though I had a few cringe moments for her (like when the reader sees what is coming and miscommunication is about to happen) I really enjoyed her story!

    I liked Ethan a lot too, very sweet and easy to fall for. Great D/s relationship with intimacy and sex sprinkled in just the right amounts. Lots of great discipline scenes too.

    Happy ever after made me grin at the end. Would like reading more about this world. Five stars for Ms. McKay.

    The author engaged my interest almost immediately. Well written and thoughtful. The only negative is that I was unaware that it was a part of a series and was a little lost at first. The "Plus" I now have more books I want to read by Casey McKay.

    Casey McKay had written a non-conventional love story for us to enjoy! Follow Serena on her journey from a lack-luster relationship to passionate love. One thing I love about this book is that Casey took on the topic of how to integrate discipline and dominance into kinky relationships in a way that truly reflects what both parties want, need and enjoy. Her characters illustrate how a relationship can be loving as long as both parties show compassion, empathy and consideration for each other. I love sexy reads with HEA's and Casey delivers again! :)

    I love this book, so much happens and it flows smoothly. The plot is great and well executed. It is peppered with bits from the other character's lives, so we know how their relationship is progressing. A very sweet love story with a D/s relationship that is geared to their own likes and dislikes, gently foisted on the h, as she has a low opinion of herself. I like that her lover works on that first to help her, not cut her down further. A great book! Thank you Ms McKay. I am looking forward to the next book.

    Ms. McKay did an excellent job with this great follow up to Mastered. The chemistry between characters was wonderful and the sexy parts were super hot. It was nice to see characters from the first book and catch up with them too! Can't wait for the next installment!
