The second story is about Cutter's encounter with 'Kippy' a goat who Cutter takes on as his own. Kippy quickly becomes the neighborhood bully, but through it all, Cutter is passionate and makes every effort to keep Kippy happy. A heartwarming, funny account of keeping a bully goat.
