My Review 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸 Gus Taylor has finally found his home 🌸 Gus has been my favorite GD Taylor brother since he first came onto the page in first first book of this series and I knew that he was going to be amazing I just couldn’t imagine how great he really was. Gus is always the life of the party the attention hogging brother and always wanting to make sure everyone is taken care of. Gus is also the one that is scared to death of getting attached, that is until a cute little 5 year old with, in his mind the worst name on the planet Olive well next to Juniper Holloway if he has to pick. As much as he doesn’t want to admit it Olive found a place in his heart pretty quick but her mom that takes a whole lot more than just the Gus Taylor charm to win her heart and Gus sets out to prove just how perfect he could be in her world baby oil, toothpicks and all. Susannah definitely doesn’t have time for a relationship let alone with the neighbor who her daughter thinks needs to be in their lives at every waking moment. Then more she lets Gus into her world the more he starts to bring her back to life. With the connection and pull she has toward him it’s only a matter of time before both her mind and heart will be on the same page. I absolutely loved this book and there were so many funny moments and so much heart within the pages. I went through all the emotions by the final page and I love Gus even more than when I began. The man with a big heart & the woman that was finally able to tame him and who would have guessed a little spunky five year old named Olive would still his heart forever.

    It needs to be said: Gus Taylor is my favorite Taylor sibling! The guy is G.D. extra, and it's his being extra that nudges him ahead of his three brothers (their sister's story is still to come!). Don't Cry Over Spilled MILF is the fourth novel in the G.D. Taylors series, and you can probably guess that it's now sitting prettily atop the first three books penned by the writing duo of Willow Aster and Laura Pavlov. Each book in the series can be read as a standalone, but for optimum reading pleasure, I wouldn't hesitate to encourage new readers to tackle all these romantic comedy books in order.

    Consider me officially smitten with all things Gus, Susannah, and Olive! I couldn't get enough of these three, and I absolutely adored their story. Yes, the romance was awesome because seeing Gus and Susannah go from two individuals who didn't think they were ready for a relationship to becoming friends, then lovers and more was a huge part of why I loved this book, but I also cherished how they were with their respective families. The best thing, though, was how Gus was with Olive and how the three of them were evolving into a family unit. There was loads of humor and a pinch of angst and all the romance, making Don't Cry Over Spilled MILF a five-starred read.

    Although It is possible to be read as a stand alone, it's much better following the series order.

    His way of trying to twist Olive's name is so much fun, as are the interations within the Taylors' family, specially when Estella is around.
