- Reviewed in the United States on March 8, 2021This is a cute picture book using different animals while learning to read with repeating words and wonderfully illustrated picture clues for the little ones. I highly recommend this Picture Book.
Do you see the Giant? Then it gives you a picture clue. Your little ones get to become a treasure hunter. Trying to guess the new animal. If reading and treasure hunting appeals to your child this book, then book is for your child. If having a book you child can read, then this book is for you.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2020This is an educational book for toddlers who are starting out to read. A fun and interactive book. I really like the ending because it gave you a surprise. Though the book may be short, it’s a good read. It’s a picture book with LOADS of color, and I mean LOADS. I also like how it compares the different animals by their size. It also tells you some names of animals and the foods they eat. I recommend this book to kids who are starting to read. I rate this book 5 stars.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2021Is there anything more adorable than watching a toddler or even a preschool-age child become aware of the differences in their world? Size is a fun one because from a small child’s perspective everything and everyone is a giant compared to them and yet they are bigger than their favorite teddy bear.
‘Do You See The Giant’ has fun with the concept of size, showing that everyone can be smaller than someone else or how anyone can be a giant in relation to one another.
It is a sweet picture book with basic illustrations and text. Creatures from an ant to a dinosaur grace the pages. The animals are quirkily drawn with simple colors in a way that toddlers and pre-readers will be immediately engaged.
Included too, as illustration rather than text, are each animal’s favorite snack. There are plenty of opportunities for caregivers to be interactive with this picture book and their little ones.
I do recommend the print version of this book since the e-book format splits the full-page illustrations.

- Reviewed in the United States on September 13, 2021This book is a good teaching tool for young children. Children can learn to identify the biggest, or most giant, animal on each page. Children can also learn to connect the animals in the book with their names, and parents can help their child to differentiate between the small, medium, and large objects on the pages. The book is also very colorful so parents can also discuss colors with their child. This book offers several teaching opportunities, so it is helpful for children.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2020“Do you see the giant?” is a richly illustrated picture book that parents will enjoy with their young readers. It ends with a question, how gianty are you today? With this question, the book despite a row of critters, starting with the first to the last, in order of smallest to biggest. I guess it’s all about perspective. As an uncle to younger readers, I can look back and imagine a conversation with my oldest niece about how gianty she is when compared to her younger sister.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2020I love stories that draws children in and gets them engaged and this one does not disappoint. It is beautifully illustrated and teaches skills like compare and contrast, identifying animals and foods they like to eat.
- Reviewed in the United States on December 14, 2023I recommend the print version of this book. After having it read to them endless times, I think the kids will want to pick it up and flip through it on their own. The target market, in my view, it two-year-olds.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 26, 2020This picture book is well put together and full if bright colors that are sure to keep the attention of a little one. Along the way, your baby will also get familiar with different animals and their name spellings. I recommend this to new parents who would like to teach their very young kids how to read.

5.0 out of 5 stars Cute and creative!
An exciting book for little ones that help them understand the difference in sizes, and how ultimately, size doesn't really matter. That you are precious, regardless of size.
