    The story is good but Raleigh uses the word "that" constantly when it is totally unnecessary. "That" is a total distraction to the reader. I believe it is just a habit. It's like saying, um, ya know, ahh, etc. I would like to read the other books in her series but I just can't. That is the reason that I gave that book 2-stars. "That's All Folks!"

    I really really love Landon. He is sweet and funny and despite what people might think he knows what he wants. And I loved how confident he became as the book went along.
    Alex was great too, I just wanted to hug him and shake him a little, often both at the same time.
    Their relationship was great to read, the chemistry absolutely amazing.

    Read on KU: Falling in love is easy, but being yourself, your truest self is the hardest, scariest thing you will ever do. Like Alex, many of us hide parts of ourselves. We lie to the world, to ourselves, and it can rob us of the life we deserve. I loved Raleigh's portrayal of Alex & Landon. They were real, flawed, but so easy to fall in love with. The story may have been written as a M/M romance, but it could easily apply to nearly every relationship. We all only get a limited number of minutes and opportunities in this life to let fear, and secrets, from living the best life you can have. Kudos to Landon learning that he deserved to be loved for all his quirks, and not to settle for less than complete acceptance. And to Alex for learning that a life lived in fear is a life half lived. This was a perfect lazy Sunday afternoon read I would recommend to anyone wanting a few hours of the feels.

    The romance grabbed me from the word go, the characters were real, and the storyline was very well written and compelling.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the story, it's ending was beautiful. Landor and Alex were perfect together. There's a small amount of angst, but nothing which I found particularly upsetting.

    I will definitely be looking for more books by this author.
