The third novel in New York Times bestselling author Kelly Elliott’s Meet Me in Montana series shows how family and true love can heal a broken past.

After her mother died in a car accident when she was only five, and her father was determined not to show any emotions toward his only daughter, Timberlynn longs for a normal family. What she hadn’t planned on was finding that family in Hamilton, Montana—thousands of miles away from everything she’s ever known in Atlanta, Georgia. She certainly didn’t plan on falling for Tanner Shaw. A handsome, charming, cowboy who swept her off her feet the moment he looked at her with eyes the color of the Montana sky.

Tanner Shaw was lost and confused…living a life without purpose, traveling between one city to the next. With a longing desire for something he could not quite pinpoint, he heads back to his hometown in Montana to spend Christmas with his family and clear his clouded head. One look at Timberlynn standing in his family’s kitchen, and his entire world is turned upside down. Or was it?

For once in his life, Tanner knew exactly what he wanted and was determined to prove to the only woman he had ever loved that what they shared was worth the risk. But winning Timberlynn Holden’s heart wasn’t going to be as easy as he thought. Can Tanner finally rope in the woman he loves, or will he be unable to help her mend her broken heart?

I have become a big fan her Kelly Elliott books over the years I’m really loving this Series it on to book 4 keep up the great writing Kelly.

Book 3 in the MEET ME IN MONTANA series centering on the youngest Shaw brother, Tanner, did not disappoint.

Once again, the description of the Montana countryside, the mountains, the lakes, and the Shaw family ranch absolutely took my breath away.

The two older Shaw brothers, Brock and Ty, teasing baby brother Tanner about his attraction to Timberlynn, is priceless sibling banter.

I do love a “he falls first” troupe and Tanner is simply adorable - you can’t help but want to squeeze him tight! And you may want to shake Timberlynn at times because come on girl! Once we get thru Timber’s roller coaster of emotions with Tanner, they become a couple to definitely root for.

I enjoyed following Timberlynn’s story of wanting to finally do something for herself, not what her parents wanted her to do. She wasn’t happy being a nurse. Horses. She wants to work with horses. So wouldn’t moving from Atlanta to Montana just be perfect ? But “daddy” isn’t happy about that decision. The daddy-daughter drama is heartbreaking until Tanner helps with mending the distance between them. Yea. He’s that guy everyone loves.

Not gonna lie, the Shaw brothers and their family continue to melt my heart. Now there’s only one book left in this series. I’m ready. And I’m not.

One of Kelly Elliott's best yet! I love all of the Meet Me in Montana series, but this one is the best so far (haven't started Dirk's yet, so I reserve the right to change my mind).
Timberlynn's childhood trauma of losing her mother, and then her father distancing himself from her has left her with (understandably) massive daddy issues. She works hard for all that she has accomplished, and on her 24th birthday, decides a fresh start in the crisp mountain air of Montana is exactly what she needs. Luckily for her, she won't be starting over by herself- her cousin, Kaylee, met and married the love of her life in Montana.
When Tanner met Timberlynn at his brother and Kaylee's wedding, he knew something was different about their connection. When he comes home early from the rodeo circuit for Christmas and sees Timberlynn standing in his family home, that spark becomes a flame.
Tanner will have to earn Timberlynn's trust and break down some strong walls if he wants a shot with the only girl he's ever wanted a future with.

This book had everything I wanted- spice, love, NO THIRD ACT BREAKUP, HEA, and some smokin' hot cowboys.

    No cliffhanger
Standalone though part of a larger series
    Told from both POVs
    Ends at 95%

I have read every book by this author and I love them because while they have some drama, they aren’t so angst ridden that it overtakes they love story that is unfolding.

This book follows that same pattern, while there are definitely hurdles this couple has to get through, their love for each other guides their way.

Timberlynn and Tanner met at a wedding. She was visiting Montana from Atlanta but they moment their eyes met, the chemistry was off the charts. Months after she returned to Atlanta, Timberlynn is ready to focus on her future and make her dreams a reality. She is deciding between Utah and Montana to move, and when she visits Montana again and sees Tanner she knows her decision is made.

I don’t want to give too much away but I will say, if you love a beautiful love story this book is definitely worth the read. It also makes me want to visit Montana. 😀

Can’t wait for the next book, which I am thinking is Dirk’s story and she has really set it up to be a doozy!

Kelly Elliott put the best ingredients in this book. Are the Shaw men destined for love at first sight? Did Tanner Shaw learn what not to do from his big brothers?

As you find the answers to these questions you will laugh, cry, and fall completely in love with the Shaw Family.

Good Enough is Book #3 in the Meet Me in Montana series. Although it’s helpful to read the series to get an idea of characters, it is not necessary as this can be read as a standalone.

This book is Tanner & Timberlynn’s story - and it’s a good one at that. Kelly hit it out of the park again! While there’s drama (it wouldn’t be one of Kelly’s books without it), there is also love, passion, laughter, and ALL. THE. FEELS! (again - wouldn’t be a Kelly Elliott book without it!).

She weaves storylines and POV’s so well, you get wrapped up in the story and can’t put it down. Then - like someone I know 🙃 - you forget that you’re not actually in Montana 🙄 but you really want to be!!

I hope you enjoy as much as I did!!

Tanner and Timberlynn are my favorite of this series. I love the series because when you read it you feel like you are part of the Shaw family.

Timberlynn was looking for something that she just felt was missing, she just didn't know what till she went to Hamilton, Montana to visit her cousin. Feeling lost since losing her mom, and her dad keeping himself at a distance she decides to finally do something to make herself happy.

Tanner is a champion roper but is feeling like his life is missing something. After meeting Timberlynn at his brother's wedding he can't seem to stop thinking about her. They had immediate connection and chemistry. When he comes home and she is back in Montana he decides to pursue his feelings, knowing that she feels the same. He knows that she has trust issues.

Such a beautiful story of healing and love growing to a beautiful relationship. Tanner is the swooniest of the Shaw brothers and he truly saw Timberlynn for who she was and what she needed, especially in what she needed to heal from her past. I loved that we saw a change in Timberlynn and her father.

    Blaze is the best!!

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5 (Series Rating)

I can’t even begin to tell you all how much I LOVED this series and the characters! 🥰
However, as much as I loved most things about the series, the one thing that I didn’t like was the amount of content errors in the writing, especially in the last couple of books. Normally I can overlook errors of spelling and grammar mistakes etc, but I found that these errors interfered with the storyline as they were errors of names, events and dates etc that were at times said completely different just sentences before the error.

    - I will forever be head over heals for Brock, god damn he is a mighty fine book boyfriend!
    - I loved that you saw a whole new level of each character in each book, it just made them so much more loveable, especially to see how close they all were and the lengths that they would go to for each other.
    - Blayze never failed to make me laugh! The things that he would come out with were out of this world hilarious, not to mention adorable!
    - Ty was a level of hot that I had not yet discovered, my lord that man was out of this world, and absolutely freaking hilarious too!
    - Tanner, oh sweet sweet Tanner! Tanner stole my Heart in ways not many have been able to, and may have even stolen 1st place of the Shaw brothers!
    - Dirk Littlewood, while he may not be a Shaw by blood, he certainly is one of the brothers! I absolutely adore Dirk, he was always a hilarious side character, but was insanely loveable in his own book! The character development of Dirk in his book was like no other and definitely one that I will forever swoon over!
    - I loved Lincoln, Kaylee, Timberlynn and even Merit, they were all welcome additions to the family and took this series to whole new levels with their many loveable qualities! I love the bond that they all share amongst each other and with the rest of the family, I also love that they were all the perfect match for the Shaw (and Littlewood) men!

Overall, this series is so full of characters to love, bonds to envy and storylines like no other! If you enjoy loveable, hard working, Bull riding, Steer Roping Cowboys who aren’t shy to run a muck and are no stranger to dirty words, this series is definitely one for you to sink your teeth into! 🥰

5.0 out of 5 stars There is no doubt that Kelly Elliott is the Queen of Swoon Worthy Hot Cowboy romances!
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on October 6, 2020
There is no doubt that Kelly Elliott is the Queen of Swoon Worthy HOT Cowboy Romance's. Ms Elliott never disappoints and again with the #3 book in the 'Meet Me in Montana' series has produced another winner!

Good Enough is a story of fresh starts, overcoming trust issues believing in yourself and at the end of your day listening to those around you that tell you you are 'Good Enough'!

Tanner is the youngest of the Shaw brothers and like his brothers had done before finding their loves spent their time on the rodeo circuit but Tanner has started to feel their is something missing - there is a feeling inside him that he can't quite shift. You know what I mean - when you keep rubbing that one spot over your heart and you don't know why! It could be something to do with the beautiful Timberlynn whom he meet at his brother's wedding who also happens to be his sister-in-law Kaylee's cousin; or the fact he misses his family and working on the ranch.

Timberlynn has dealt with heartbreak at an early age. After losing her mom in a car accident at 6 from that moment on her dad remained aloof - giving her money wasn't a problem giving her himself was! Timberlynn went into nursing because it was her mom's wish but her passion lies with horses. Every since she went to her cousin's wedding in Montana the need to follow her heart has increased. A blue eyed cowboy who hasn't been far from her thoughts may also have something to do with!

When Timberlynn gets the chance to follow her dream she pack's up and heads to spend sometime over Xmas with her cousin and her new family. It will give Timberlynn chance to decided where she wants to settle Montana or Utah.

I was confused. Lord, I was so confused. I wasn't sure I could open my heart, even though I desperately wanted to.

Tanner wasn't expecting Timberlynn to be at his family ranch and now seeing her again he knows that his memories didn't do Timberlynn justice. Timberlynn has trust issues, a broken romance a few years before and her father never being there has left this intense feeling of not being good enough within her. And although she admits she is drawn to Tanner her doubts are overruling her heart! But Tanner isn't about to give up on the one person he know's is made for him!

I loved how Kelly Elliott brought the ranch and Montana to life - I truly believed that I could hold my hand out and touch the snowy mountain tops, skim my hand through the cold lake water - that is how clear the writing was.

And as with most Kelly Elliott books we have the aged old argument between a Ford and a Dodge, it has become part of Kelly Elliott for me and you will know what I mean if you have read the Wanted.
