    Lou and Nick's story is a messy but good one with them finally coming together after she finds another man who she thinks will give her the love she wants only to be kidnapped by Nick on her wedding day and wicked away with him to actually get what she always wanted him

    Nick!Nick! ! he was a dick but there was a reason behind it. I loved how the characters was so real in this book. I was drawn from the start. If you want to get swept in and carried on a great adventure read these series you want be disappointed.

    Sadly this is the last book in the series “Bang the Lords” and I will miss the high-spirited behavior of the characters in these books
    This intriguing book is slightly darker than the previous books, but it was an enjoyable read.
    There is: a rich playboy (Nicholas) with inner demons, a woman (Taloulah) tired of being taken advantage of, twists & turns, intrigue, manipulations, resignation, anger, memories, abuse, threats, verbal conflict, insecurities, defiance, longings, submission, realization, rejection, dreams, friendship, confrontation, abduction, declaration, contentment, happiness, love and a few steamy scenes.
    I found the story-line and plot quite entertaining & well-written. The characters are responsible, individuals possessing their own needs & goals.
    I really would recommend this book (& the series)

    I could not wait to read this, the fourth book in the series. I have been waiting impatiently for Loulah and Nick's story because the author has done an excellent job of introducing tantalizing details about these characters in the first three books that made me salivate with anticipation. And she did not disappoint. It was so worth the wait. I cried for Loulah each and every time in the first three books when Nick treated her so poorly. This book explores his character and explains his actions. It makes so much more sense now. Did I still like his treatment of her? No. And there was some of the same in this book. After all, he isn't perfect...that's been clear from the start. I wasn't even sure I was going to like him in this book. But then the author gave me more and I fell in love with them both - more than before and I loved this book.

    Nick started controlling Loulah in high school, even before he turned into a slightly less manipulative Lex Luthor. Going with that analogy, she’s his Lois Lane AND his kryptonite.

    Loulah’s had to watch his debauchery, womanizing and deceit, and she can't take any more. Nick keeps her in an emotional desert/stasis field where she works, eats and sleeps but has no comfort or love. No one really even touches her other than Nick’s occasional swats to her rump. She wants sex, love, dating, family - - all of it. He’s twisted her emotions to the breaking point.

    In the first book you could see the toll Nick and his BS has taken on Lou. It’s isolated her and is ruining her life. Unfortunately, Nick was the one who pulled her out of the fire back in high school and uses that to keep her under his thumb. He’s condemned her to a forced servitude of sorts, saying she owes him her life.

    I’m glad we get to see Nick's POV, because it helps to explain his horrid behavior, and you finally feel some empathy for him. He’s still pretty messed up though, and so is she. Usually it’s easy to pick sides, but they’re both so immature up that I can’t decide who or what I should be rooting for. They need to grow up and stop acting like they’re still in high school.

    The sex is mechanical and kinda weird---it’s like a laundry list.

    If you've enjoyed reading this series so far, then you'll like this final book. It caps off the series and ties everything together. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

    i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the fourth and final book in the Bang Lords series. This book tells the story of Nick and Taloulah. This was an emotional book that explained how Nick came to be the way he is. We learn Nick has been in love with Taloulah since she was 14 when they met. Nick always knew she was special and he loved her. Taloulah has enough of loving Nick from afar and not having him return her feelings. When Taloulah resigns from working for Nick, he is furious and refuses to accept her decision. Nick asks her who the new man is and she refuses to tell him. Taloulah needs to move on, but Nick fights her leaving. I love this series and i was really looking forward to reading Nick and Taloulah's story. It explained everything for me and it made me love Nick. I think they really loved each other and i think Nick realized he could love Taloulah. Great series.

    I really enjoyed all of these books but this one was probably my favorite
