    Healing Hands is a beautiful sweet romance with soul. I loved that CeCe is a strong, capable, independent woman who just happens to be blind. Too often a person with a disability is portrayed as less than whole. Their disability defines them instead of them being a person in spite of their disability. Rafe is everything I would expect of a Celestia Divisa: good, honest, pure. I loved the ending. True love conquers all. Emily is such a sweetheart.

    If you are looking for a romance to lose yourself in, definitely read Healing Hands. I can't wait to see what happens next in this fabulous series.

    My first book by Kellie McAllen. Boy what a great read. I wasn't sure I would like this book . I don't normally read Paranormal stories. I am so glad I ventured out of the box for this one.     This was an enjoyable book to read, I just didn't like it as much as others by this author. There were too many inconsistencies that interrupted my enjoyment. Most eight, almost nine year olds, would be too big to ride on someone's shoulders or on someone's hip. They also would not still stuck their thumb in most cases. There were also times where the description made it sound as if the blind characters were actually seeing the things around them as they refer to colors that had not been previously described.

    This was the first book I have read by this author and it more than met expectations. Healing Hands was a well written, touching romance. From the first line you are drawn in do not want to put the book down.

    It was an interesting insight into the life of the visually impaired person and the constant NEED by those around the disabled to 'help or fix" them.

    A book well worth the read, it has it all, right up to the happy ever after. Sometimes we need a book like this to remind us of the simple pleasures in life,
