I have read phobes series that starts before this one but when she goes to new Orleans and gifts them with witch power and remove the evil from there new land (they are also fae dragons but don't know,it's suppressed if you will but whatever phobe done giving them witch magic helps wake there DNA or unlock we don't know how, all are new to the magic world) but this series starts after her visit or around the same time as her visit.in phobes series she phones them a few times and the sister visit her (don't think that's happened yet in this series) but one phone call you heard bad wind in the background.This book is the story behind that I was sad we never got to see the phone call from the sisters view.
