Nicky writes mm romance novels that take place in fantastical, medieval type settings and loves to use the challenges of the times to give her stories and characters life.

WOW another great Trials Of Fear book. I love the way the author portrays the guys in this series all of them have challengers to overcome. This is Krew's Christmas get together and I doesn't disappoint. the antics are all still there from Krew and the love between Krew and Max is off the charts.

    I read all the books in this series and for me, Krew becomes a bit much to take as he becomes more and more self-centered as he shows up throughout the series, but I still like how he cares about his friends and feels he has a good heart.

    The one thing I didn't care for is how not once did Krew think about a gift for Max or what to get him. Yes, gifts are not everything but it felt like it was forgotten. I like to think that Krew would have thought to get Max a gift even something silly. That he didn't give him anything made my like level for Krew to go down.

    That aside all the books in this series are good reads.

    I really enjoyed your Trials of Fear books (I'm a psych nurse); but the Krewmas was what I personally needed for my holiday doldrums...I have never laughed out loud so much as I did reading this book...your comedic descriptions of the inner workings of Krews' mind - priceless..I'm a kindle unlimited subscriber; but I am purchasing a hard copy...this book is my new anti-depressant!...thank you so much for bringing the couples together for a celebratory occasion...

    Ce court roman ravira les fans de Krew et autant dire que ce petit est déchaîné, mais vraiment DÉCHAÎNÉ !
    A l'occasion de Noël, Krew et Max organisent une petite soirée avec tous les couples qui se formés comme invités de choix. Tout a été prévu avec soin : décorations originales, traditions à la sauce Krew (pulls de Noël moches, Elf on the shelf...) petites surprises personnalisées et animations qui ne seront pas forcément du goût de tout le monde !
    Krew est comme un petit lutin effronté et surexcitécet homme est tellement drôle mais épuisant aussi, on ne peut pas le nier.
    En tout cas, cela faisait bien longtemps que je ne m'étais pas autant fendu la poire en lisant un livre.
    Max, toujours aussi sexy, est tellement parfait pour Krew, il est prêt à tout pour que son chéri passe un Noël mémorable ! Il faut une sacrée patience et une bonne dose d'autorité pour maîtriser la bête mais Max gère d'une main de maître ! Leur couple est craquant et nous réserve des passages tendres et émouvants.
    Et comme c'est attendrissant et touchant de retouver tous les héros que j'ai tant aimé : Finn & Aven (et leur petit monstre , n'est-ce pas Krew ? ) ; Adrian & Rory ; Ireland & Raven ; Grayson & Beck ; Arden & Iggy ; Rigger & Naël. Ils ont parcouru un sacré chemin avant de trouver la sérénité et le bonheur. Ahlala les retrouver est un très joli cadeau même s'ils ne se priveront pas de taquiner leur hôte, il faut bien lui rendre la monnaie de sa pièce !
