Pablo Poveda (Elche, 1989) is a Mediterranean mystery writer and author of over forty suspense novels. Thousands of readers have enjoyed his Gabriel Caballero, Maldonado, and bestsellers "¿Quién mató a Laura Coves?" and "El secreto de la señora Avignon"

He lives in Madrid where he writes every morning and walks his dog. He loves rock and jazz music and good experiences. He believes in culture without boundaries and in the simplicity of things.

He was a finalist for the Amazon Literary Prize in 2018 and 2020 for the works "El Doble" and "El misterio de la familia Fonseca."

    Había leido "El misterio de la familia Fonseca", y también "Caballero", pero "Laura Coves" me ha gustado lo más. Lo he encontrado más maduro, complejo y cautivador que los otros dos. Me parece que las novelas que no son de serie pero obras independientes, son las mejores. Como soy Belga, también me gusta el español de Pablo Poveda, porque no es demasiado difícil para un extranjero. Es un talento poder escribir de manera cautivadora sin tener que utilizar un idioma demasiado complejo. Me encantaría leer más del mismo autor!

    El libro es ameno y la trama está muy bién, pero hay un exceso de "ilicitanos", :como si no se hubiera revisado lo suficiente para darse cuenta de la reiteración que llega a ser cargante. lo de bar español también se repite en demasía y he encontrado algunas erratas que he comunicado al leerlo.
