What an hilarious story this is I loved it so much. The side characters are were brilliant and certainly made me laugh all the way through. These two authors work so well together and I would recommend this series to anyone who needs a good laugh.

    I have read many Lucy Lennox and or with Sloane Kennedy stories, but not any of Molly's books. So, I took a shot with "IRL", which I found to be just okay. The first 3rd of it with the texting thing was unique but ultimately became boring.

    I never got invested in the MCs or the story line; maybe it was just the two of them writiing together and feeling their way.

    This story, though, is miles ahead of that; the story could've been clichéd what with movie star and "ordinary" guy, the adorable Scotty, but the authors pulled it off. It's funny and chaotic and there are so many characters in it. That could've been confusing but they're all pulled into it humorously; seriously, it's hysterical, and yes, romantic.

    This second installment in the After Oscar series is wonderful. I absolutely enjoyed every page. We got a brief introduction to adorable Scotty in IRL: In Real Life and this one is his story. Roman and Scotty are two of the most likable characters I’ve read lately. Each, on their own, is sweet, kind, funny and so endearing. Together, they are perfect. Laugh Out Loud is an appropriate title, because the chaos and shenanigans that go on from the first chapter to the last are one big laughfest. Contributing to that is the cast of characters from Oscar and his crazy family. Although we don’t get Oscar physically present in the story, his is a major player via text and phone calls with Roman.
    This is a fairly quick read, both in relatively short length, and because you don’t want to put it down. By the time I finished, I had a tear in my eye and was in a happy place.
    The next two books center around the two lawyers from IRL, James and Richard, respectively. The last book is supposed to be Oscar’s, but as of now, in late 2023, it is still not written (even though the tentative blurb say it is coming in 2020).

    Okay Scotty and Roman meet in unusual circumstances and no I'm not going to explain it cause I'll be here all day,yes allll day. There is a lot going on when the two guy's go for quiet time in vermont and it's absolute chaos with too many characters to name but Scotty and Roman figure out early on that they are soulmates and because Roman is an actor they have the paparazzi on their every move but after a deal is made and these guy's choose to live life like nobody is watching its game on for wedding plans.
