    Lindsey's done it again with her twisted imagination!

    Each tale has a raw dose of creepiness, a unique plot, strong tones, and believable characters. As others have pointed out, the short length creates a convenient read as you go through the daily throws of life. And gobbling up every last word is worth experiencing the prickling sensation that will crawl down the back of your neck and the "What if..." questions that will linger in your mind. My favorite pieces are the first, second, fourth, sixth, nineth, tenth, and eleventh. Because of her well-crafted gift of storytelling, it's Lindsey's fault that I can't narrow down the list anymore than that. Thanks for yet another engaging read, Lindsey! Keep it coming.

    I received this book from the author for an honest review. So here it is:

    I have to admit I didn't expect that the stories that short could be written so well. Some of them had an unexpected twist in the end, some of them made me think of what's hidden underneath what I'd read. My favourite one was the first story - I expected it to go a different way and was kind of shocked after reading it but I won't spoil it for you :)

    I do really appreciate the short forms Ms. Loucks had chosen - I had no chance to get bored as it happens while dealing with books that have over 200 pages. It was really refreshing!
