    Everett when to his first Christmas Eve dinner in his new town hoping to keep up with his tradition. The restaurant was crowded and the hostess was trying not to seat him, but the most handsome man he'd ever seen offered to share his table. It turned out to be a match made in heaven, yet a relationship was the last thing on his mind. Before he came to town he'd decided to become a single dad, but here he was sitting across from his dream guy and felt he couldn't act on it. But when they left the restaurant Graham asked for a hug and they both looked up and found themselves standing under mistletoe so according to tradition they kissed.     This was a unique storyline with a single omega going out to dinner alone on Christmas Eve to a busy restaurant and not being able to be seated because he didn't have a reservation and was only one person, not very good for revenue, but just as he was being turned away, an alpha, whose blind date had stood him up came in answer to his table being available and offered to have the omega eat with him. Needless to say, in the fantasy way, they had a fabulous time at dinner but due to other things going on in their lives, they joking decided to meet again in a year if they still felt the same way then.

    Well, you can probably guess the rest but it's not quite as simple as all that. Yes, there is the HEA you want, but not without a bit of working at it and there are a few dead ends that have to be walked back from along the way, but you'll be smiling along with Everett and Graham by the end of the story!

    The passing of time was confusing, for example one minute they had been dating for just a few months making it maybe March at the latest and then the next it was after thanksgiving and they were taking seri to see Santa, with no explanation of the time passing. it felt like an over view with few details of a much longer story. For example the legal issues from Everette’s other company and his boss calling him was never really resolved and there were vague details at best. The story line would have been a good addition to the story but needed a lot of development and detail to make it work. Overall it was okay but could have been a lot better.
