    I enjoy a bit of paranormal if it adds to the story and is believable. This really added to the story in my opinion. Can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

    Carly is having a nightmare only explanation is those thoughts are of the killer
    A chilling plot, she must catch him to get rids of the thoughts
    Readers will be caught up in this story

    ## Meh, not that good. Frankly, I felt disappointed. This coyote howling over and over again became annoying. Half animal, half human? And too many people now know about Carly's abilities which makes this even more far fetched. Her mom & dad, her boss, her old partner Lyle, her new partner Rosa, the bad guy "coyote", even her ex boyfriend Mark. And Mark's relationship is so bizarre in regards to Carly's sister. He seems to care more about her than Carly. I don't think I'll be buying the 6th book. Carly needed to be more likeable for me to care about her.

    Carly has been struggling with her personal abilities and how people react when they get to know about it. To top it all she now has been given a rookie to train and she will have to cover her abilities even more. It's an unusual case, in a small town and with a sheriff with very peculiar traits. It's a good story with quite a few twists and turns that I'm sure will get you hooked.
