This theme comes from a lifetime of lessons learned on my own hard journey through the pains of poverty, the loss of more loved ones than I’d care to count, and the struggles of living through chronic illnesses. Life can be hard, but it can also be good! Through it all I’ve found that love, laughter, and family can make all the difference, and that’s what I try to bring to every tale I tell.

    The second installment in the series and I loved it just as much as the first. Difference here it was way more emotional and pretty heart wrenching for both characters. I love the style of writing from this author she puts the perfect mix of drama and laughter in each book.

    Character breakdown;

    Kade: I loved Kade in the first book I didn't think I enjoy him as much as I do now. His story was already a bit sad but learning more brought tears to my eyes. I'm thrilled he ended up getting a happily ever after.

    Alec: I can never imagine what it is like to lose a spouse but I have seen what it can do to a person, especially when that spouse was your first true love. So needless to say I felt for him and understood why he acted as such. I didn't like it but I understood, he was an interesting character nonetheless.

    The book will make you laugh and cry but you'll enjoy it either way. I'll find out hard to believe you'll put the book down.

    Side note: wax and ice in the bedroom? Hmmm! Lol

    Ahhh Kade💓 the dancer in the title. Alec is his match tho neither knows it. They meet during a hookup in a bar that has long lasting consequences for both of them.
    Kade is blissfully unattached but Alec is still mourning his late husband after many years.
    These MacIntosh boys are a complicated bunch.
    The grams are a hoot !!! Alec's Mom Diane is a fierce protector of her son and granddaughter and also Kade.
    There are so many wonderful relationship s in this book and warm supportive people in MacIntosh that I could fill the page describing them. I won't. You really need to discover them yourself as the most fun in meeting new friends is in the discovery of them.
    However, Kade has a huge problem. His Mom, linda, a bigoted, pseudo religious psycho returns to town and targets her son for a hate campaign.
    These kind of people INFURIATE me. Using God as an excuse for your own intolerance and hatred is disgusting and I was glad to see Kade’s family and the town rally round him in support.
    I LOVED THIS BOOK!!! You will too. 💞

    This is your average I got knocked up by my 1 night stand story that is ever popular in M/F but with a M/M twist.

    Kade and Alec are cute together and I feel terrible about Alec's previous relationship ending so terribly.

    This was a so/so book. It was ok but I'm not compelled to reread it and I won't be reading more in the series.
