Out Maneuvered: A Coming Out Male/Male Romance (Legally Yours Book 3) Kindle Edition
Wherever I go, it seems I never fit in. I’m a Broadway actor, but I was just offered what most people would think is the opportunity of a lifetime: the starring role of detective on a new TV drama series. At first, I’m not sure if I should take it, because I know it involves not only acting on set, but also playing a role in real life that doesn’t let me be true to myself.
Nigel, the nerdy-but-hot law school student who frequents the coffee shop I work at when I’m not acting, is the only guy who seems to truly get me. He understands that more than money or fame, I just want the chance to pursue my passion for acting.
A romance soon heats up between us, and I have finally found the place where I belong: with him, and his friends at the law firm he works at part-time while going to school. This handsome, smart, funny man knows not only how to turn me on in the bedroom but also how to strut his stuff in polyester skin-tight disco pants and four-inch platform shoes on Christopher Street when we go out with the tribe that has accepted me as one of their own now.
But will Nigel and I be pulled apart by my agent Ethan’s desire to keep me closeted so that the show’s mostly female audience will still have a reason to swoon over me?
Or, when I realize that Ethan has evil intentions, will Nigel and his lawyer friends help me not only come out of the closet professionally but also to out-maneuver Ethan and the studio in the courtroom?
Out Maneuvered is an opposites-attract, coming out/ out for you steamy male/male romance with a bit of legal drama and a hefty dose of comedy thrown in. Part of the Legally Yours series, it is a full-length novel of approximately 70,000 words with no cliffhanger, it combines humor, heat, heart, and a very happy ever after.

Review
"The story has great flow and kept my attention. The characters were more than likable. I was glad to see the characters from Opposing Briefs and Oral Arguments appear in the story. It's like touching base with old friends. Now I back waiting for the next story from this author." -Macbandit
"Another exceptional book by this amazing author, Ian Finn. The book has scorching descriptions and well-developed ideas. It has humour and you will laugh right along with the perfect characters. I was captivated from the start to the end. The book is fast-paced, the writing is fluid and easily read in one sitting. It is a standalone book with no cliffhangers and a HEA." -Mariann Roesland Skov
"Amazing read! The plot was well written and well planned with characters that were written with such great detail and depth that I was totally engaged as I turned each and every page until the very end!" -Pat W

- Reviewed in the United States on July 17, 2019Another good story by Ian Finn. Nigel is a law student and Christopher is a Broadway actor who also has a job in a local cafe. This is where they met. Over time, their attraction grew despite their disparate lives and slight age gap. Christopher is offered the opportunity to star in a TV show which is a HUGE decision. Does he want to leave Broadway? How will affect the relationship with Nigel who is the best thing that ever happened to him? The love between the two just comes through so deliciously. The nice thing about this story is that Ian has incorporated characters from other stories making them a lovely network of support and friendships.

- Reviewed in the United States on July 6, 2020This was a story that for me for the most part, low key. Some angst, but a lack of build up of character. We saw bits a pieces, but more reveal of Nigel's personality and character, than Christopher. I felt that with more development this story would have become box memorable versus " that was nice".
- Reviewed in the United States on August 21, 2019I just adored Nigel and Christopher's story. They were attracted to each other when they first met, but Nigel was in a relationship. When that ended, he gave Nigel time to get over it. They finally went out and the chemistry was incredibly strong and undeniable! Then they had to traverse a very bumpy road, but in doing so created a strong, lifetime type of relationship. Great read!
- Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2020I enjoyed the characters and the story line. It was a sweet love story based in New York. It involved other couples and love connections throughout the plot. The amazing love the two had for each other helped them work through the challenges

5.0 out of 5 stars Was it inevitable? Probably
Despite a few bumps and a character you’d like horrible things to happen to, it’s like they were predestined to end up together, with a HEA hard to beat.
