WOW!! Forgotten Fates: Part Two is the second book in the Forbidden Realms series and it just as mind-blowing as the first! I'm left absolutely flabbergasted after finishing this book. It's Darker, it's Sexier and even more Mind-blowing! I didn't think it was possible but I'm even crazier about this series than I was before. It literally just gets better the deeper you go! How far would you go to seek justice for the one you love? What would you do in order to keep the promise you made? Would you risk it all? And if you lost your memory would you want to remember it? Could you handle it all? I'm still so freaking giddy over these characters and the feeling that this book gives, it is really incomparable! The book picks up right where we left off with a glimpse of the past. Let's take a minute to talk about that, this book is so wonderfully written! Once again throughout the book we get glimpses of Amara and Cassius's past and it's so beautifully done. The transfer of the past present is so real. It's literally like I'm watching everything come to life and then boom, I'm back to the character's present and feeling all those emotions with the character! Now let's talk about the emotions, omg!!! This book is an emotional Effing rollercoaster ride!... if, the roller coaster is on fire, and your soulmate (who has some minor amnesia) is not listening and has no idea what is going on, oh and your cart is coming off the tracks. Yes, bottle up all that feeling of uncontainable crazy and that is what your soul will experience. To sum it up My heart was the ball on Doran's paddle ball toy. I was brought to actually tears twice and my eyes misted over at least two other times! Amara and Cassius are so hard on the heart, but they are sooooo worth it! I would burn worlds down for them and you will too! Amara is the Ultimate Heroine, She sits proudly at the top of my list and I think she will claim that title for many books to come! She is both Devastatingly Brutal and Enchantingly Devoted. She will do what is needed, no matter the risk, and anyone who stands in her way be damned. I'm so head over heels for her! And Cassius, bless him, he is going to be the death of me! He is determined to piece together fragments of his mind and the secrets his priestess is keeping. All while making allies and keeping his sister and father at arm's length while proving he is fit to be King. The other characters, Jez, Gwynn, Levistus, Dravite, and Agate, have each intrigued me and they each have a special piece of my heart. But I can't tell how many different ways my mind has savagely murdered Bas and that Erinye scum! So much is going on, secrets are starting to unravel while pieces are beginning to unfold and plans are being made behind closed doors. That feeling of something coming is hovering so close, and nothing...N.O.T.H.I.N.G will prepare you for the finale of this book! I'm smiling now, but man was I dying on the inside! Once the first hit comes you get comfortable thinking you saw it coming. You start to breathe again and WHAM! That hit knocked you flat on your a33! And it just keeps coming one after another! My heart was pounding so hard and then it was absolutely obliterated! The twists are so astounding! And that ending scene is so breathtakingly EPIC! I'm dying for the next book and I can't stress enough how Amazing this series is!
