Katie Wyatt is 25% American Sioux Indian. Born and raised in Arizona, she has traveled and camped extensively through California, Arizona, Nevada, Mexico, and New Mexico. Looking at the incredible night sky and the giant Saguaro cacti, she has dreamed of what it would be like to live in the early pioneer times.

Spending time with a relative of the great Wyatt Earp, also named Wyatt Earp, Katie was mesmerized and inspired by the stories he told of bygone times. This historical interest in the old West became the inspiration for her Western romance novels.

Her books are a mixture of actual historical facts and events mixed with action and humor, challenges and adventures. The characters in Katie’s clean romance novels draw from her own experiences and are so real that they almost jump off the pages. You feel like you’re walking beside them through all the ups and downs of their lives. As the stories unfold, you’ll find yourself both laughing and crying.The endings will never fail to leave you feeling warm inside.

A must read for those who enjoy historical western romance kindle books from Amazon at a special price and from a delightful author who keeps me wondering what next for the characters.

    News flash, there was no radar back in the 1800s, only coming into practical use during World War II.

    The little books are good reading, though, thank you for keeping the content clean.

    I would remove all advertisement about the author, note from author, copyright notice, etc. from in between the books, as each is so short in length.

    Katie has been a longtime favorite of mine. I read many genres of books. History, War, Fact and fiction. Her characters are always the backbone of her books. However most of her books flow through mingling characters.

    This series....I am disappointed in. I do not like the constant cutting back and forth between characters. To me it is like the stories should have been one novel. I do not like what appears to be cut up short stories requiring charge for several books...instead of flowing through chapters. I will never buy such a series of books...per say....that is one story! Patricia
